I love this little hidden gem! Every time I’m in Spokane, a visit to Maple Street Bistro is a must! Service is friendly and quick. Shout out to Paige who has perfected the art of coffee! Food is delicious, and I love the side of applesauce. Highly recommend Maple Street Bistro (wish there was one where I live).

Just had coffee and pumpkin cake here with my step mom and the service was amazing. Every girl working today engaged with us, smiled and laughed-it was a genuine experience and we can’t wait to come back. Super cute place.

I never imagined posting a review about paninis, but here you go...Maple Street Bistro makes the absolute best! Their house made focaccia is light, crisp and flavorful. Their bread takes the panini to another level! Their spicy ham panini was absolute perfection, and the same for their veggie panini. Very nice folks work here. This first time customer was impressed, and will be back!

Went through the drive through on this snowy morning. The staff were kind and quick. They have me some tasty coffee and an everything bagel! Bagel wasn’t as chewy as I would normally love, but that’s more about a preference than about a difference in quality. Will definitely be coming back to try indoor dining.

Solid little cafe that is worth checking out. Excellent array of sweets and pastries in the cold case along with a great made-to-order sandwich menu. Snatch up a peanut butter no bake bar and grab a coffee for the road!

Cute shop, friendly service, and their coffee and pastries were so good!

This is a cute Bistro. Coffee, smoothies, tea. Breakfast and lunch. I had a bacon, turkey, ham on Focasia bread with mayo and pineapple. Comes with a side of chips and a pickle. It was so good I ate it before I could get a pic! Will come back. Out door and indoor eating.

So, I have lived on the Northside of Spokane for over 30 years, I had a ten dollar a day coffee habit. I gave the coffee up, but PASTRIES drove me to several South Hill bakeries/coffee shops, even one along the Pullman Highway. Thinking there is Nothing up north. Well, I was Wrong!!! Rumors started coming to my ears about the Maple Street Bistro.
I finally made my way up Maple to their location. I had a specialty Vanilla latte, the drink was strong without a hint of bitterness. What a Delight : ) I also enjoyed one of THE GREATEST OF ALL TIME PECAN SWEET ROLLS!!! Served up by PAGE, WOW, WOW, WOW!!! Page personally selected a Pecan roll that had so many Pecans, that after eating half the roll a feeling of Euphoria overwhelmed my Being, that brought a smile to my face and lifted my Spirits about the morning.
The Manager Page, truly went the Extra Mile. Page is a JOY!!!
NO MORE CINYBUN! NO MORE DRIVE TO THE SOUTH HILL : )
The Northside has a Wonderful Haven of Delectable Delights... And it's not just the Goodies the entire staff CARES, and it shows.

Super chill and friendly staff and the breakfast sandwiches some of the best I have had
