Maple Street Bistro

This place is a breath of fresh air. All of the food is made from scratch, from the bagels and muffins to the bread for the sandwiches. Everything here is made with an extra hint of hard work and dedication to a complete bistro experience. The owners are awesome and the workers are delightful. As for prices, you'll be searching a long time to find anyone else in town with the value found for scratch baked freshly prepared food. I recommend the pesto chicken sandwich for a delicious lunch or their breakfast club wrap for breakfast. As for the baked goods try their pumpkin muffins if you want your taste buds to explode.

I keep wanting to like this place but the drive through service is so slow that I just can't. I've seen one car take over 10 minutes. I get it if it is a big order, but ask those customers to pull into the parking spot and run their order out when it's ready. The line here is always so long. Not because it is that good, but because it is consistently that slow.

Stumbled across the cutest bistro in Spokane. Wonderful service and delicious food paired perfectly with a comforting atmosphere and nice decor. Breakfast sandwiches were crafted well and really hit the spot. So pleased we opted in to a follow up lunch and were equally impressed...and the whip cream is homemade, don’t see that very often, what a pleasant little detail! Can’t wait to come back!

This has to be one of the best hidden gems of Spokane! Everyone is incredibly polite and sweet, and among all of their other decadent treats, the homemade bagels smell exactly like you would expect to find in a country kitchen, their cookies are melt-in-your-mouth amazing, and they have among other decadent drinks, the best raspberry lemonade on the planet! I just stopped in for a quick bite, and I'm so incredibly impressed I can't wait to go back! I highly recommend this spot!

I have enjoyed this wonderful place of business for several months now and in times of such craziness in the world right now these ladies are a joy to see in the drive -thru every day! They are always smiling and happy to serve you some of the best coffees and goodies anyone could ask for they have it all. sandwiches are also amazing

Grabbed coffee with my sister Sunday morning & this place was rocking. Although, they aren't doing indoor dining, we had a lovely time on their patio. You stand in line to order & pay, but they bring your goodies to the table.

Oh my, the Homestyle Wrap is delicious! The Pumpkin Bar is heavenly. The Lattes, everything seems made to order, with care and intention. I just ordered from Door Dash on a whim- moving into a new place and wanted breakfast. This is the best delivery food I've had in all of 2020's tomfoolery. Scrumptious!!!

I love the coffee and food at Maple Street Bistro and visit for breakfast sandwiches and a latte about once a week. While the food today was still delicious the coffee and more importantly the service was subpar. The hot spiced coconut latte I received taste only of steamed milk and lacks any coffee, coconut or spice flavor. The young woman working the drive thru window seemed to be having a bad day and never smiled or said hello. She was monotone and seemed like she couldn’t be bothered. Very short one word responses including “yup” when I said thank you. Items purchased were handed through the window as “food…drinks.” I will be back but am confused about the lack of friendliness and short temper when we were the ones who had waited 30 minutes to place an order and an additional 10 minutes to receive our items.
