Herkimer Coffee

Excellent Cup of coffee. Arguably one of the best cups you will find in the city. Super friendly and helpful service. Great local coffee shop vibes. People love sitting in and enjoying the art by local artists and the views of the roasting process. I recommend getting a cup and a bag of beans for later.

My favorite neighborhood coffee shop, I come here several times every week and they make the best on-site roasted coffee in the city. The baristas are always super friendly and the place has a great vibe. Definitely recommended!

Cute shop and great tasting coffee, but the staff was so loud! I love that they are friendly with each other, but all the customers were either heads down in their books or working on a laptop. The staff was the only ones chatting, which is okay—I just wish they would gauge the room and lower their voice a little bit! It’s an open space so their voices are amplified.

Nice baristas. Good pastries. A little "clattery" as it got crowded.

Always my espresso stop when in Seattle. An espresso lover’s espresso place. No compromise on product or technique. Plus my afternoon cortado was correctly served with a glass of chilled sparkling water.

To get it out of the way, the only reason I am giving this place 4 stars out of 5 is that they do not have hot apple cider or hot cocoa. Normally understandable, but when we asked about either we received a snide response from the person helping us out at the counter. Not good.

What were far more than good are the goods from their bakery. You will only be disappointed that you did not buy more. They are the perfect mix of not too moist but not too dry with a solid set of choices to make.

While I don't know if we will be returning here for drinks, I can definitely see us doing a To Go order of their baked delights.

I love walking into Herkimer Coffee. They have fantastic coffee and beans ready to go.

My go to coffee shop. Really good, consistently made coffee, great cold brew, top notch pastries. I buy their roasted beans for pour overs at home. The staff is always super friendly. Also there are usually cute dogs sitting out front.

Really good coffee, I got oatmilk cappuccino. the ambience was warm and cozy, and there were paintings from a local artist on the walls

Stopped in for a hot chocolate with a cookie and window seat. The working roaster view &, aroma is nice. Staff always pleasant and the people too. Good break from the rain while out on a bike ride.
