Amethyst Creamery

I was curious about this shop as it's coffee/ice cream and amethyst, so I just got coffee to try it out. It's definitely unique and the owner seemed really sweet.

Cute place and nice people but we were a bit let down with the product. This is not a “creamery” i.e. they don’t make their own ice cream in house.

We love this creamery!! The owner has always been friendly and cordial when we come by and get some ice cream. The amethyst part is also really fun and interesting! My kids love getting ice cream and looking at all the really cool geodes and other rocks and fossils! Our recommendation- the "Superman" flavor!! Blue raspberry, cherry, and vanilla- swirled into the perfect ice cream!

Fun things like crystals, gems, necklaces, geodes, even little containers of gold flakes! All can be enjoyed and looked at while eating delicious ice cream with many flavors to choose from. They even have ice cream for lactose intolerant people to enjoy. They let you sample any flavors you might want to try before buying too. Really nice spot right next to the park 👍

The ice cream here is from Cedar Crest in Wisconsin and it is very delicious! The employees are also incredibly friendly and helpful. Definitely worth checking out!

Amazing selection of ice cream! We really appreciated the large selection of non-dairy ice cream as well. So nice to be able to go to an ice cream shop and not have the only option be one flavor of sorbet. Super excited for the new seasonal flavors coming in. Definitely a gem in Richland!

Adorable little shop, and the ice cream was great! A great variety of vegan and dairy free options too, and in several good flavors beyond just the standard chocolate or vanilla. The owner was so genuinely kind. A great little place for a family treat or date night, and the easy walk to the river and park is wonderful.

Just got my first ice cream here and loved it. My coffee too. I strongly recommend it.
