Coffee is usually good, this last time on road 68 coffee was awful, couldn't even drink it and customer service was not good. Used to be one of my favorite places to go get a coffee because they were so friendly and the coffee was so good, I'm sad that this has changed.

Well rounded coffee shop. Good patio area although the inside is not that big. The roast is delicious and the service is remarkable. I witnessed one of the baristas come outside and gather orders from the line on the drive thru. That type of service is most assuredly something to notice. I found the price was also impressive. I would certainly like this chain to replace another Stapleton of the state in terms of roasters. It's by no means a Napoli, however it does offer some unique combinations.

Bought a strawberry smoothie and there's so many full unbroken large chunks of ice in there it looks like I asked for a soda.

The people who work there have great personalities and are efficient. The place we went to for years was so uninformed about being out of our fixings for our drinks for many days. Finally gave up. Actually glad it happened.

Yeah, no, demanding tip when they have an attitude and judging the flavors I picked.. disrespectful little girls.

Can be a little slow if there is a rush. Coffee is my favorite coffee. Go check out Resilent Roasters in Richland to get it from the source! Small selection of pastries for food, but the coffee is the important part and the best part! I always go for the Dirty Chai!

Great, friendly staff with good knowledge of coffee. Excellent decor. If you're in a hurry for a quick latte, this is the best local brand around.

I was inside the road 68 rosters and ordered my coffee. I could see a male employee standing behind the curtain that I assume was the "back room" he was going to town looking for something in his nose. When he walked back into the serving area he went straight to the coffee and started making a coffee. I asked the girl serving me to ask him to wash his hands. I didn't explain why because I didn't feel it necessary to announce that in front of everyone. She looked at me puzzled but must of said something to him because he did walk over to the sink and do a very poor job of washing his hands. If he would have been the one making my coffee I would have just walked out. It might be time to remind employees that anytime they leave the serving area and then return, WASH YOUR HANDS.

16 Minutes to get a small drink. They should have had at least one more employee.... if not 2. Drink was hot and tasty.

I went on a busy day I had asked for a white rocket and the drink was nothing but milk. I had mentioned it to the barista and all she could say was "no, that looks right"... when it clearly wasn't made correctly.
