Unsafe. I was cut by broken glass on table edge as I walked by the table. I showed the manager but she seemed unconcerned. Not appropriate response to caring about your customers or their safety.

I was visiting from Boise and was excited to see an horchata drink on the menu. It was delicious! The baristas were all friendly, and they laughed at my uncomfortable jokes. I’ll be stopping by this location when I’m back in the area.

Wish they wouldn’t ask for a tip until we get our drinks. I asked for light ice and seems like I told them to add extra ice smh

Rude staff member at window. Dont know her name, but it was earlier in day on Friday. Black hair and thick black false eyelashes. No smile, no thank you. Thecoffee was so hot i couldnt hold or touch it, handed it back to her. She argued about how they came. Told her twice to take it back i couldnt hold it. Almost dropped it handing it to her before she finaly took it and almost dropped it herself. Rude, deadpan face, tolledher eyes. The situation only improved when a guy stepped in and took over. Same rude girl as before. Ive had three horrific service timrs with her, and i wont be back. Everytime a supervisor or coworker intervenes because they see she is rude. Obvipusly retraining doesnt help. Not only will i not return i will post everywhete about my experience there. A bad coffee is one thing, but rude service and being handed a cup with loose lid and so hot i cant touch is another. And didnt dawn on her to offer to take the coffee and put on a sleeve or seco d cup, or even offer to remake it. When i asked to remake she said. Tbry ate all thathot. Again, no sorry, no smile, no thank you . Only an eye roll to a coworket. Pathetic. Jana

When I am in the Tri-City area I always go to black rock coffee they make some dang good coffee it's perfect everytime

Their coffee is always amazing, they have a great system of keeping the line moving even when it's almost out of the parking lot, but most importantly, their customer service is unbeatable. Even if I didn't like their coffee (which, if course I do!), I would still be a regular just because of their incredible customer service. Love me some Roasters!!

This is our go to spot for great coffee and friendly service. You can also buy freshly roasted beans here and they are delicious.

In short, it's gone downhill. When they first opened, they had good coffee and service. Lately, their coffee is fine, but the service is lacking tremendously. There are very few people who seem happy to be there. I'd rather go to Dutch or Starbucks down the road, both of which are a block away, to be served with a better attitude and same quality coffee. Also, not thrilled about supporting a business with owners who have so many gross skeletons in their closets.

Typically don’t get sweet drinks at coffee places, but the rocket drink was pretty good, although still a bit too sweet for my tastes. It’s a neat local chain, with a cozy feel inside to help relax.
