Pretty good coffee. But not great service. Everytime i come and stand in line, im waiting 15 minutes while being looked at and ignored by baristas, normally i wouldnt be bothered by it if it happened once, but its everytime i go. In the end it takes 20-30 minutes to get one cup of coffee and not worth my time anymore. Also it’s said they are a great place to come sit and do work, which is really nice, but not when trying to do work online because wifi doesnt work very well. I went up and asked about it, and they said oh well basically. Overall if customer service was better, and things that were said to make a certain atmosphere were there, this woukd be my ideal place to be. Coffee isnt bad though, although i tried to get something sugar free and it didnt taste like it was suppose to.

Terrible service in drive thru, I understand that they have to be kind to customers but do not do 25 minute talks, when the whole line is full of cars, you supposed to use the drive thru because you want fast service, this is the 4th time that It happens, this time I didn't even have time to buy because I was late for my work

Would rather drive an extra mile or so to the Dutch Brothers on burden then wait 20 minutes for one coffee when there's only 2 people in front of me (this has happened multiple times). Dutch Brothers might be busy but they're fast and the coffee is just as good. It is faster to go inside and order at Roasters but that defeats the purpose of a drive through.

We’ve been here several times and always ask for an extra sweet fruity Red Bull, the first 2-3 times it’s was not sweet at all and only tasted like plain redbull. Decided to try it one more time on 3/10/18 and told them extra extra extra sweet but once again they are flavorless. I’m not sure if it’s the workers or the syrup they use but they’ve lost my business.

I like roasters a lot for it's atmosphere. It's a great place for a coffee date of to work on some homework, and the coffee is good, but not the best I've had. I really like that there is soy, hemp, and almond milk available.

No flow. I was very confused my first time here because you order at one end of the counter then walk down to pay, and then walk back to where you ordered to pick up your drink. Meanwhile if it's busy fight people in line who are ordering to get to your drink. They also need a designated person just to work the drive thru window and not try and run between customers inside. It makes the wait so much longer for both customers inside and out. Do not come here for quick service.

The staff at Roasters on Road 68 are friendly & always know what I am drinking before I come through. It's always waiting & I really appreciate that. Good job to everyone for their customer service.

My eggnog latte was perfectly sweet and just the right amount of eggnog. The staff is super friendly, parking is easy, and there's a random, but thoughtful collection of varied seating that makes this a good stop for a small-ish group (up to 8?) or a couple.

Roasters has always been a good experience for me and my family. Great drinks, wonderful service, and a company with integrity and passion for the community.

Staff is very friendly and do a dang good job making sure to get the order right. The coffee is good and never burnt like other places. I love supporting the small businesses like this.
