Roasters has coffee that tastes good... Not burnt like the other BIG chain. The baristas know you and what you drink.

Best espresso I've had in the tri-cities... Definitely as good as many 3rd wave coffee shops I've visited in bigger cities.

A location where we really appreciate a place to go socialize.. but they are playing music too loud. In one ocation a Spanish song_ about a private body part inducing the other individual's private part... in a passionate way-.

Extremely upset... I go to this roasters very often and had my full card and the lady refused to give me a large drink... there is nowhere is the card that states only medium drinks once your card gets full...never had issues before...not going there again... not using drive thru at rd 68 again

Always good drinks, but also a little on the sweeter side for me. I like the atmosphere though, it's perfect for a friend gathering or studying!

nice atmosphere, good people, but about half the time they mess up my drink, not in a major way (i like chocolate over my whip cream and they forget), but they'll fix it and be polite about it if i ask :)

Nice atmosphere, friendly customer service (not too clingy), awesome prices. Overall the best coffee!

I ♡ Roasters! I would ♡ it more, if they would offer some gluten free goodies to go with coffee. That would be so fab!

Disappointed in raised prices, only because customer service went down. Waiting in line 13 minutes before even giving order is unacceptable.

I'm done! I did call, but nothing. Today same horrible service. Done!

Always a great stop, best customer service I've encountered. It's a quality you don't find often. Great work team Roasters!
