Couldn’t ask for a better cup of joe! They have so many options for milk alternatives (oat & macadamia nut are my fav) and you can tell their staff is having fun while working which makes it even better! Such a great environment and BOMB coffee to start off ANY morning!

Such a great crew at the human bean in Kennewick. The local owners are so passionate about making sure every single customer and employee are more than satisfied! Oh and the coffee/drinks/food.....AMAZING! Definitely recommend asking about all the various goodies they have.

When arrived she did her lil chit chat and we told her we are on the way to Minnesota getting a tire fixed nearby. Idk if telling her we are getting a tire fixed made her put us off but we sat outside with one beverage waiting for other 2. Moral of the story les Shwab changed our tire faster than we could get beverages from human being. They completely forgot about the 2 other drinks and I had to ask for them after les shwab called to tell us the tire was done. It’s okay to make mistakes but the other lady took complete responsibility while the other one who took our order and knew she made a mistake could have apologized for herself.

I love the smell of coffee but not a fan of the taste -so I was so happy to see they have smoothies! It was a toss up between that and the frozen hot chocolate! Yum!

Let’s just say we drive 17-20 mins to come to this stand at least once a week. Love them and their upbeat personalities and amazing espresso drinks. Woof friendly!!

Best coffee I’ve ever had! So happy it’s finally here in tri cities!! Go give it a try I promise you won’t regret it! They have the sweetest baristas!

Coffee is delicious but PLEASE help the window with better customer service and listening skills when taking orders. It's like grinding teeth to get them to repeat the correct order back to you. Stop saying "uuuummmm what was that". Very frustrating

Got a latte and ended up being charge 2 times after being told it would be voided and return back to my card! And the latte just tasted like warm milk with little sugar.

Very friendly staff and great drinks! I had a strawberry banana protein smoothie and it was delicious. I will definitely be back!

Great drink options. New store and new employees. So be patient. Always friendly. Drink choice is the salted caramel, coconut breve. Extra sweet!
