You all have only been open a week and we have already been multiple times just so we could try more of what you have to offer! Great coffee and the kids love how many flavor choices you have for everything especially little bean smoothies! Your staff is very pleasant and hard working to get our drinks to us because one time we brought the whole extended family! Owners are pretty great too love the family vibe! Have been recommending you to everyone! We will be back as often as we can!

Great coffee and outstanding staff. I really enjoy the free stickers (looks great on my laptop) and the quick chat by the engaging staff while you wait for another awesome cup of happiness. Only recommendation would be to enhance the quality of the free stickers. You may find that people use/post them more often which has a boost in marketing your outstanding company and product!

My husband and I ordered two blended caramel mocha hazelnut coffees and we were so disappointed when we tasted them. The taste was awful. It honestly tasted like a bunch of syrup from the bottle, sugar with absolutely no coffee. I gave 3 stars because their customer service was great and at that time they had only been open a couple of days so there’s room for growth. We will be back in the future to see if there’s been any changes.

Love this place. The stall is awesome friendly and always like family. Their products are the best and superior to SB's in every way. They always have whatever I need and never run out like SB's.

I stopped at the human bean for my morning looking to try somewhere new and let me just say I will not be coming back. They were very rude when I was ordering and kept interrupting. Then when I got to the window, my order wasn’t even correct even though they were rushing me when ordering. When I pulled to the window a short fat girl with black hair tried telling me that the drink she gave me was what I ordered, like I didn’t remember what I had just ordered or something. Service was not good and they were very rude and not welcoming. Sorry but I won’t ever be returning.

Thought of all the coffee shops in town I actually like this one best and they have the best smoothies and all of Tri-Cities. I'm a smoothest and since I've moved from the south to the closest thing I've had to a good smoothie. The only downside in the reason I didn't give them five stars is because they close at 8 and I almost never have time to go after I get off. But if they stay open a little later I would give them a 5-star rating easy best coffee place in town. Even better then roaster hehe

Excellent customer service! Employees were very personable and made me feel as if we had been life long friends. You can tell in an instant that they take pride in their work. Not to mention they make really good smoothies with options for anyone who might be on a specific diet.

It was my first time there and I didn’t know what I wanted so I asked what’s good here. They were rushing me very much and being rude about it. I asked if they had vanilla lattes of can make me one they were like yea sure. And my husband is deaf so I had to sign and see what he wanted and they were acting very rude that I was taking the time to see what he wanted. He just got what I got cuz they wouldn’t give us time to decide and there was no one behind us. Then they handed us the drinks and we were settling them down so they wouldn’t spill and the girl there eyeballed us to like “move along” and not hold up the nonexistent line. Not to mention the coffee was burnt all three and we got the same thing, they had no flavor and no vanilla. Will not recommend to anyone.
