The Turkey and Gouda on Cranberry is my new favorite sandwich, and their Mexi Mocha is delicious, especially with extra cinnamon! Awesome service and friendly staff, baristas who are willing to let us experiment with flavors!

I purchased a great tee smoothie and a pastry with sun dried tomatoes & cheese. Both were delicious. 1000 times better than Starbucks.
I think this may be my new favorite place.

Delicious beverages and fast yet courteous service! Brought my son and he said his “frozen hot chocolate” was the best drink he’s ever had from a coffee shop! I got their Red Bull smoothie!! Omg!! Absolute MUST HAVE!!

I originally wasn't very happy with them in line but then to come to find out GrubHub started service with them but they had no tablets and way of knowing what the orders were so it took longer. The girls were really good friendly fast. I hope this company does well please give them a try they have a variety of stuff and drinks and food

Human bean has great coffee and a variety of flavors to choose from. I love there Iced peanut butter and white chocolate breve. Thanks for the great customer service! Keep up the good work!

My new favorite is the iced Peppermint Mocha ! The peppermint is the best in town.. really smooth.. The baristas are welcoming , fast and accurate.. I Always look forward to my Human Bean stop!

The Human Bean has always been my favorite on the oregon coast and I was thrilled to have one arrive here in Kennewick BUT recently I have started to notice a decline in quality of drinks and food here at the clearwater location. There seems to be too many distractions for the employees as they have been getting my orders wrong. They ask if I want cream and I say "No thankyou" and I am handed a coffee WITH cream. I order a breakfast sandwich which should be warm and I take a bite to find the center still cold. Getting my drinks wrong is starting to happen more and they are not complocated orders. Tips for owner: better training for employees (if they have troubles remembering the orders then write them down), limit distraction, repeat the orders in there entirety.
I will still go back in hopes they get better as the locations on the oregon coast have never let me down.

We got 4 coffees yesterday and we all got sick my friend that is visiting for Colorado is still very sick 🤢 we are never going back and it's so sad because we loved the coffee. We used to go often even if they were very rude sometimes but now we are definitely never going back.

They helped us decide which Sammy's we wanted and they were yummy 😋. Plus my girlfriend loved her coffee bean candys

We spent 27 dollars for 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 drinks. Both of our sandwiches were so hard we couldn’t eat them. My drink was good his drink was supposed to be blended. The mixup on the drinks is fine it happens but the food being so hard and gross I’m ok never going again.
