Badly disappointed on my first visit. Latte was luke warm at best, shots were left sit so they were bitter. Only pro was friendly service.

They always mess up one part or another of my order (simple smoothie- not that hard)... but always get my husband's right... (his is more complex than mine).

Every time I go here its a very slow experience, like 20-30 minute wait each time. Drinks always perfect. Speed things up it shouldn't take 20 minutes for two drinks.

Went there for the first time, the drink tasted good except for the fact that the blended drink I got had ice cube chunks in it. Very disappointed; please blend your blended drinks better.
