The Human Bean

I wish I could just not give any stars…Today was our first time try this place. But it will be our last time. The coffee taste horrible and they can’t even put on the lids right. Service was horrible as well!! Every time we pick up the coffee, the lids came off. LOL. After three sips, we dumped the coffee. I’m not sure if those people want to work there, if you do, please do better and make better coffee.

Ordered cold brew coffee 32 oz and got maybe 18 oz of coffee if that, the rest is ice. Not worth spending over $6 for ice and a small coffee

Ordered a 16oz Americano with half/half and vanilla sweetener for my wife who is working from home. To hot to taste at the drive thru but possibly the weakest cup of coffee to date. Piping hot, no sleave, no plug. Gave a 40% tip in good faith. Disappointed.

Why is it that the drink prices at the College Place franchise are significantly higher than at the Human Bean elsewhere? Today I paid $4.89 for a 12 oz green tea smoothie. A 16 oz size of the exact same drink costs $4.50 at the Coeur d’Alene Human Bean. I feel ripped off, and will take my business elsewhere in the future.

This place is completely unsanitary!!!!
Saw a barista take a sip out of a drink, put it in a cardboard drink holder and then hand it to a costumer. She wasn't wearing a mask, or gloves while handling ready to eat food.

Love the chocolate covered espresso beans. The staff are nice and answered all my questions. I had a complicated order for a friend and they were very patient.

They make really good coffee and the baristas are very nice to me!

The flavor of their drinks seem to be inconsistent. Seem to have more disappointing experiences than positive ones.

Good place to great hot coffee. Glad their beverages are always hot.
