Totally enjoyed my 1st visit to a Human Bean! The two baristas were very helpful and took the time to find a perfect drink combo for me. Will definitely return to the College Place location!

I usually love this place I still do but today we went and I ordered a egg cheese and ham croissant I got a ham egg and cheese bagel which is fine I like both but the egg was still frozen which ended up ok cause I was going home so I could heat it up but I think that it’s kinda ridiculous to get frozen food the drink I got was great as always tho

Great service and the drink was tasty. Getting a chocolate covered coffee bean is a nice touch.

Was there 8/23/22 around 1 pm I’m not sure if they got new workers but my ahit was water down and they didn’t offer whip cream on my Java chip granita or the other drink I ordered. I’ve been there before with other lady’s working and got a way better Experience might just have to go back to Dutch

Excellent quality drinks and I enjoy using the app. Staff is fine, most make little effort to smile or extend pleasantries, which I really don’t get.

I have been contemplating leaving a review for the past couple months. This is the only coffee shop right next to where I work so I pop over hoping to change my mind often. Let me be clear, the service is average to good, the wait is medium to slow, the coffee is consistently bland tasting. And we figured it out! My husband and I thought maybe it was the espresso, maybe they were using actual coffee beans instead of espresso beans, or maybe it's the grind? It did taste very different than fresh espresso. Finally, I saw it. The barista no no that they do with every customers drink. They steam into the same pitcher for every drink. I watched them wait until it was available to use again with no other pitchers in sight.

Please consider changing this practice! This is a really gross practice.

Literally just waited over 15 mins behind one car that only ordered two drinks. The barista was telling them about her personal story and it was obvious they knew eachother. I had 20 mins to get to work and was late because I was behind one car that had two drinks. Personable customer service yes. Having full on life story conversations when the cars are stacked behind you not even caring. She was leaning her head on her hand in the drive thru window. Handed their drinks out and continued to talk when the person hadn't even paid yet. So freaking unprofessional. Finally they said their goodbyes when she realized they hadn't paid and then rang up their order which took another few mins.

Great place for a morning pick me up. The owner finally got me onto their app, and yeah definitely worth it. You can pay and gain rewards on the app. This place has great non-dairy alternatives including the evasive Oatmilk. Their drinks don't give you that slimey feel in your mouth that some shops do. The owner is very active in the store, and it shows. Great team, a little wait sometimes but nothing horrendous. I do wish they wouldn't put chocolate covered beans on the hot drinks, before you get home they are covering the lid. (I normally go cold drinks here anyways) 2 lanes and east entrance makes this a easy pick if you are on this side of town.

This is worst coffee I have ever had. It tastes watered down.
