HI Lo's 15th Street Cafe LLC

Tasty food and good coffee too! Came due to a recommendation from a nearby Airbnb and didn't regret it. Only wish I'd been offered some salt and pepper as my eggs were kinda bland. I appreciate a company that doesn't drown their food in salt...... but having some with my to go meal would have been nice.

So two strangers walk into a locals restaurant, and get treated like they are family. We were directed to the self service coffee bar and after we were situated our AWESOME waitress took our order. While we waited for our meal, (a very short time btw) the place filled up with lots people none turned away with the prospect of a wait. Our food arrived and my wife's Green eggs and ham were delicious, I had the pancakes with eggs and bacon. This will be a standard order. What a fantastic place, top scores all around, friendliness, cleanliness, quirkiness, taste, price. Great job folks!!!

Hi Lo's is a small, funky, delicious place to eat. The coffee is self-serve (grab a mug and visit the coffee station to fill it) and the staff is always friendly.

Because they're small they do get full fast so be prepared to wait (there's a great, family friendly space next door with chairs and toys) or reserve "the bus" ahead of time. The bus is an old VW around the side of the building that seats 4-6 comfortably and has a small space heater.

The moon biscuits and gravy are so unique...the biscuits are made in a waffle iron!!

When you pay they bring a box full of candy to your table for a fun treat and if you're lucky, you'll get kazoo serenade too. This morning we got a three part Star Wars performance with our bill.

Our kids request Hi Lo's for their birthday breakfast every year.

Edited to add: Hi Lo's cares an awful lot about their employees....they wouldn't force their staff to work and cook in their small building on a stupid-hot day because they're not monsters. If you're disappointed that you didn't get to eat there that day, you should be because the food is so good. But you should also never put someone in danger for a plate of breakfast at a restaurant either.

This! Place! Is super cute! Amazing food! Amazing staff! You get to pick your own mug for coffee! I could not have been happier when I was told I could pick my own coffee mug to our my coffee in! The food is amazing and you even get candy in the end. The vibe is crazy amazing and one of the waitresses even makes tie dye shirts and baby clothes tie dye! SO CUTE! DEFINITELY will be coming back again.

Great little breakfast place! Can get pretty busy on the weekends, but totally worth the wait. The Moon Biscuits are my favorite, but you have to come early for those as they run out sometimes. Staff is always very welcoming and friendly.

Amazing! Hi and Lo are the best humans ever. Eat here, give them your patronage. This is how all food joints should be. Eat in the bus, it'll change your life.

I bought a delicious breakfast burritos here it was very huge & delicious I loved it. The flavor was very delicious. It was definitely expensive but it was very much worth buying. The coffee is your normal average coffee. They also have a waiting room for people to wait when there's a wait list & you can have a cup of coffee while you wait. I would recommend this place if your visiting Bremerton, Washington.

Love the eclectic artsy homey feeling of this place. Great location for a movie scene or just taking personal photos.
So much for the eyes to see.
The food is delicious.
The staff are fast and focused.
Try to get a table inside the bus that has been cut in half and fused to the side of the building.
Can't wait to visit this place again. If I lived in the neighbor I would for sure be a regular.

Fantastic dining experience! Staff is friendly, food is great, and if you're lucky you can dine in the Volkswagen bus outside! Kazoo serenades may ensure a fun experience. Their breakfast especially is great, love their weekend specials! The eggs Benedict is my personal favorite!

Worth the wait! We came in in a Wednesday midday and it was still packed. I loved the coffee cup system and everything about the good was great. Love this easy going decor and style. Next time I want to sit in their Volkswagen van dining car!
