I had a mocha and my husband had a cappuccino gold. We both had the Bucaro sandwiches. It was all spectacular. The owner was helpful and kind. We got our order in a reasonable amount of time. I'll be back.

I am normally a decaf-only or tea person because coffee makes me too jittery. Cof& does not offer decaf because their coffee is specially grown and roasted to have less caffeine than other coffees. It’s amazing having a delicious cup of coffee and feeling great afterwards. I highly recommend the cappuccino gold. They also have delicious empanadas!

Delicious, real coffee made to perfection! The coffee is quality and so it’s not acidic and it’s perfectly smooth! I ordered the Golden cappuccino and absolutely loved it-everything is all natural and not full of additives. I’m Puertorican and we also take our coffee seriously and so happy to find this place in Bellingham ❤️ They also serve empanadas that are delicious-just need an air fryer to heat them up and it’ll be perfection (you could purchase them to-go).

Love this coffee shop, great place to have an affogato (shots of espresso over icecream)🤤 and do some work online. The owner and his wife are both very sweet. I also enjoyed a pastry and an empanada, they have Vegan empanadas as well! 🥟🥟
