Was passing through the town to go mountain biking, and it was a perfect stop for breakfast! The ambiance is cozy. They had plenty of fancy "toast" options that came with yogurt on the side and pastries. Gluten free options. Great coffee. Friendly staff. Clean restrooms.

I ate the egg toast olive oil cheese dish first. Egg was soft boiled and delicious bread. Just the right amount of salt. The pepper grind was a little coarser than average and made me cough. The yogurt with honey and amaranth was a great touch. The mocha was middling. I'm about to get started on the Spanish toast and even though I'm already full I'm really looking forward to it. The indoor seating was full. Outdoor seating was available. The atmosphere inside and outside was annoying mostly due to the patrons. Not all of them just some of them. I don't appreciate eating my food next to some middle aged gossip or someone taking a 30 min phone call loudly. So if you enjoy good food bring some noise canceling headphones to eat in peace.

Cozy little cafe. Was really busy on Saturday afternoon. Got a chèvre toast with hazelnuts and honey and it was amazing. Oat milk mocha was delicious. Asked for less sweet and it was actually less sweet, unlike many other places who dump so much syrup in. Friendly service too!

A delicious cortado served in a cute pottery cup. The rosamarie cookie sandwich was good. If you like rosemary, you should try it! I loved the atmosphere. The plants and different seating options made it cozy.

Nice chill relaxing cozy Cafe. Staffs are amazing and friendly. You should try the Gougere (eggy pastry with gruyere & black garlic). Reminds me of quiche.

A delightful little cafe, full of charm and handmade ceramic plates to eat on. And, for fellow lovers of non-coffee drinks, they have matcha, chai, and golden milk lattes (+ milk alternatives). They sweeten their matcha with lavender syrup. Unique and delicious!

Cafe Blue is one of my favorite spots in Bellingham! They serve great coffee, amazing cookies, and delicious bagels if you can get there early enough on a Sunday (they sell out quick!) The cafe has a beautiful, unique, and friendly vibe and it's a wonderful spot to take a break and enjoy something scrumptious, I often go there on a Saturday or Sunday as a treat. 😋
