Everything I tried here was absolutely delicious. The rosemary oatmeal cookies were like an orgasm in my mouth and the hazelnut toast was the perfect blend of savory and sweet for first thing in the morning. This was truly my favorite breakfast ever.

Absolutely love what they've done with the old Rustic space. The coffee is delicious. They have bagels made in house, delicious house made pastries, and healthy breakfast toast meal options. You can also get fruit, they have baby bananas! The decor is really special, they made this awesome record nook with tile. There are a few plant shelves as well, which add a cozy and inviting vibe. The couches remind me of where the Friends crew hung out in Central Perk. They also have a very inviting outdoor seating area that looks like someone put some real thought and intention. I was bummed when I saw Rustic was going away but now I'm okay with it because I like Cafe Blue even better. They're doing it smart and it looks like they have their own coffee beans. Next time I'm there I'll be getting a bag of beans for sure.
Edit: the service is super friendly and exceptional as well.

In Bellingham we have been searching for a coffee chop that gave us a warm fuzzy feeling. We found it here, it's cozy and not echo-y and eclectic with it's books and plants. Just a wonderful cup of matcha tea or coffee!

I've been in here a handful of times now. And each visit has been amazing. The coffee is tasty and we'll made (I've had lattes and americanos so far), the food is tasty ( mmm cookies and pastries), and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. It is a wonderful place to chat with friends and to hang out while writing. The employees are kind and really love what they do. The quality of both the product and service are proof of this. I will be back to Cafe Blue many times over. I only wish they were open later as I would love to hang out and write there on evenings after my day job.

Lily, Kyle and Katie are the best! They are so friendly. The food is fricken amazing. I haven't had a single thing I don't like. I hope one day they're successful enough to keep the kitchen open longer, but on the other hand I don't really want anything to change 🤷 I really enjoy this place. It's got such a great atmosphere. Very cozy and happy.

I just started college at Western as a freshman, and I was out on the hunt for a cute cafe to be able to go with my friends on study dates, and also just a cute hangout spot, and this place is it! It’s all I could ask for in a cafe: very cute and cozy atmosphere, great taste in music, has its own cute personality to it, and most of all the amazing and yummy coffee! The staff are also super friendly and make me feel like I’m right at home here 💙
