Buyer beware: our bill was 33% higher than expected. The gentleman at the register pointed to a little piece of paper stuck to the menu that said "prices subject to change" and that was it, that was the explanation. So good luck.

Excellent food, great little metro diner ambiance. Staff is personable and the 80’s music on in the background is just a great little addition to the atmosphere. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing place! We stopped here our way down to Florida and the food was amazing. The staff was super welcoming and attentive. 10/10 would go again.

Definitely worth a try I almost passed it because I thought it was closed. I ended up finding parking quick so I figured Id walk up and try the door and I'm so glad I did. I was going over to papermill but a friend had told me about here and I will now be stopping here before even thinking of going back to papermill

Everything was GREAT, The Food, Service, Cleanliness. All around Great Lil Diner Tucked away in Downtown Winchester VA. If I could give 20 stars I would. Definitely a returning customer. Thanks for the Great Food. Oh and they give you enough for 3 people to eat 1 meal! 😋🤩

Best home fries I've ever had! Nice and chunky, well seasoned, and just the right amount of crispiness. Had the chicken fried steak, some eggs, and rye toast. The toast is grilled, and it came out crispy, tender, and buttery. Everything was delicious!

A great place to go if you have time! It takes a while to get your food if it's busy but that's just how it is at a one-man operation!! Big portions. I had a delicious cheeseburger and home fries. The owner is very friendly. They ran out of some things, but again, just how it is.

I was passing thru town, and didnt want to go with a chain, glad I picked this spot! I got French toast, it came with 2 eggs, 3 pieces of bacon, 3 pieces of french toast, and a whole lotta home fries. Sorry, didnt get a photo, but trust, everything was fantastic, fresh, and made to order. Very reasonable prices for the amount you get. I ate on it all day. From the posted signs thru the menu board, I can tell Diesel(guessing the owner)really cares for the community, making sure noone leaves hungry. I respect that alot! Keep doing what youre doing. Definitely coming back if Im in the area

I got a meat mess. .y mom got cinnamon bun pancakes. It was our first time there and for sure it won't be the last. The portions are huge. Not to mention it's quality.
It's a small one man show. Just watching a master cook is worth the stop in itself.

Cool place. One guy show establishment. No parking. There's a tv but it's usually off. No music. Just friendly neighborhood chatter until the food comes. Good small diner experience and a really likeable owner. Service will take some time as there's only one person working. Large breakfast menu.
