I ordered the Sarge from the front desk. The staff is very friendly and are willing to have a good chat with you. The sub was good, their bread that they use is wonderful. They don't do combo/meals so make sure you ask for a drink and/or chips. Overall the prices seem reasonable.

Stopped by here yesterday early morning for a coffee and had a great experience. I met the owner John and spoke to him while he was telling me about the coffee and food selection. Really nice guy and the coffee was great. Quick and kind service and the inside is well decorated.

I went looking for a breakfast joint, and found a new local spot for breakfast sandwiches and subs. The staff is amazing! Stop in and grab a bite to eat. One of the better options for food in Winchester, if you are looking for the best bang for your buck on sandwiches, this is the place. Give them a try! They are located in the old Royalicious Bagel shop location. Grand Opening is Friday, but there are open now.

Stopped by for first-time was very impressed. The quality was great and the sub was very large. Needed 2 hands to wrap around. Lots of meat on the sub. The photo was half of the sub and was 7 inches long

I have tried The Tank, Sarge and USS Tuna. All were very delicious. The tuna salad is hands down, the best I have ever eaten! Clean restaurant, friendly staff, generous portions and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Veterans Subs.

The wife and I tried Veteran's Subs for the first time today. We were throughly impressed. Sandwiches were delicious and big enough to save some for later! Staff was very polite and helpful. Restaurant was super clean. They donate to a great cause and provide a fantastic product! What's not to love!? Don't sleep on the cookies!

I ordered the Drill Sgt sub, 6 inch on wheat. I received the foot-long instead on some sort of bread with a dried texture (oats?) on the outside. Unlike other sub shops that utilize mustard and mayo and salad oil to marry the flavors and make it palatable this sub was as dry as the Sahara and as difficult to eat. On the plus side the cats loved it.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Veterans Subs for the subs they provided for our Vietnam Veterans of America meeting this evening. The subs were outrageously good on heavenly bread.
I would highly recommend these guys not only for the food, but for their support of Veterans. If you haven't already tried them, please do so.

Good prices for the quality and quantity of food.
They carry the "uglies" chips that are very yummy.

Today was my first experience, to start I was given the wrong sandwich, I ended up getting the “liberty” while the bread was good, the rest was underwhelming. If you sit at the bar you can hear the microwave preparing the steak. The steak was very dry and without seasoning.
For $15 the quality was missing today
