The day we went it was a nightmare. No espresso in a coffee shop 🤔 no heavy cream to make cold foam to get a cold brew instead and the cake was dry. It didn't help that the employees looked miserable and when I asked for options since they were out of essentials, I got a stink face 😠total disappointment 😞

Really cozy and quaint. If you imagine a coffee house in your mind... Then that's what this place is

Food was amazing and perfectly seasoned as always. Coffee was outstanding!! We sat outside and had a lovely breakfast. Staff was super friendly as well.

I get why this place was busy. This food is good! I had a butter croissant, but I was missing out. The waffles are great because they have a little jam on them! They were great!

I am remembering having the best salmon I have ever had at this restaurant 6 years ago. The Caribbean Blackened Salmon was amazing! I actually saved the receipt, so I could remember the restaurant which I just came across in my file.

This place is amazing! High-quality fresh food and coffee. Great cozy ambience, friendly staff, and perfect location. It’s the place to go in Merchant’s Square to read, study, meet a friend, or eat. Our favorite coffee shop in Williamsburg so far.

Over priced coffee shop with the terrible management. Order a latte took more than 15 mins to get it. They mix up brunch and lunch orders with coffee together. How in the world they don't understand they should separate drinks from brunch, lunch and breakfast orders. They have more than 6 people working, but they are like a bunch of kids circulating around each other. Don't waist your time there. Go to other coffee shops....

I’ve been going to Aromas in Williamsburg for 10 to 12 years. The food and coffee used to be really good and would frequently go throughout the week. The past year to two years it has not been the same, especially under new ownership. As of the past few months it has sucked. The food is always messed up and when asked for something that was forgotten I was told that they will get it if they have the time. You can always count on the workers being creepy. If you like being stared at intensely this is the place to go. Last night we ate at Aromas and my dad couldn’t even eat his food, they gave him some old spaghetti that wasn’t even what he ordered..I might add, before they start closing they sling the chairs up and rush you to get out....I’m sorry I have to write this, but I really wish it was like it used to be. Aromas used to be a really great place that I would recommend to my friends.

Done no. I stood in line for 15 minutes and was told their only taking cash. Never going back .

Didn’t like my latte but my husband enjoyed the soup. Overall not bad.
