If you find yourself in Virginia Beach and in need of a delightful caffeine fix, look no further! I just moved to the area a few months ago and this is my go to spot. This coffee shop has everything you need to start your day with a smile. For those who love a cold brew, the land lubber is a favorite that never disappoints. If you're feeling tired and need a little extra boost, the espresso is the perfect pick-me-up! For a more balanced and sweeter taste, I highly recommend the cappuccino…. it truly is the perfect cup. And don't worry if you don’t like coffee, they got you covered with pastries and other goodies. Also if you prefer vegan options, they have a few to choose from. The pastries are always fresh and delicious, making this shop a good place to indulge in a treat or two. Grab a cup of Joe and take a Sandy stroll on the beach or enjoy the laid back atmosphere at the shop. Either way it’s the perfect place for locals and tourist to get quality coffee and snacks!

Cozy Place! Relaxing, fair seating with nautical decor.
I got an iced Vanilla latte and their in house made blueberry lemon muffin, very delicious!
What I would like are more flavor options, they appear to only have about three. Vanilla, Apple and Sweet Potato.
But I would recommend visiting this Cozy Cafe!

I discovered this coffee shop in Virginia Beach a number of years ago. stopped at their newest location in Norfolk in 2022, and again this year in 2023 while visiting. I usually get the same thing. A landlubber cold brew, and the Becky sandwich. Both are fantastic. I think I prefer them more rustic ambience of the original location in Virginia Beach, but the Norfolk location is also very nice. A little bit more sleek and modern. I would definitely recommend.

3rd wave coffee, In-house-made syrups and milks, hipster pop tarts, pour overs. I'm in.

Negative reviews seem to come mostly from people looking for second wave coffee. (Mass produced over roasted 32oz sugar free rainbow sprinkle lattes etc.)

Exposed wood/rafters hip nautical theme works well with area. In house milks are nice and the almond creates a great late foam. Coffee is light roast. I got the seasonal apple syrup in my late, but preferred the vanilla. This is the best coffee spot I have been to in Virginia Beach. 5 stars

This place is adorable! Very nice atmosphere in a great location! Right when you walk in the space is inviting and you a greeted by the very nice staff! I ordered a strawberry pungo latte and a biscuit sammy. The coffee and food was overall good! Both could’ve been better (which is why I rated a 4) but I would definitely come back here!

Did NOT disappoint! This place is legit. Latte was excellent, pour over delicious, muffin amazing. They are a hidden gem off of the main strip, but worth the drive. They have parking which is great. If you are a "coffee person," this place is for you! Yes it is a bit pricey, but a nice treat.

Is hard to accurately describe my love for this place. 3rd wave coffee at Virginia Beach’s finest. I always have one of their single origin roasts on hand for pour over as my daily driver. Love their comfy apparel, which is always funk but never clownish.

Whenever people ask me where the best coffee is in HR, I explain to start here so they can appreciate the standard for quality and consistency.

Thanks for being…you!

Very much enjoyed the cold brew tea. Very light flavor.

The atmosphere is very quiet at this coffee shop, I like that. Very nice people working there.

Fantastic service. Amazing vibe. Delicious coffee. They make their syrups/flavors in-house, and they also have a housemade almond cashew milk as a dairy milk alternative. I got the seasonal apple latte, and the classic vanilla latte - both with milk alternatives. I loved the fact that they made their own flavors because it was a super unique experience and the flavors were some I wouldn’t get anywhere else. Both of the lattes were delicious, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area.

Coffee was ok, matcha latte was a lower quality matcha. The breakfast biscuit sandwich was very good, but the big complaint here was the Texas Breakfast Tacos. A little egg and cheese in a barely warm corn tortilla? No flavor, no effort in prep at all. Overall not a great experience
