Kolache Factory

One of my go-to places for breakfast despite being 15 minutes away from where I live. Their cream cheese kolaches are really good in both taste and price (yeah, I’m basic, I know.) Most of the employees are nice and have excellent customer service, except for one cashier that serviced me on 2/19. I spoke to Deborah (sp?), the manager, about my experience, and she offered me kolaches on the house just to keep me as their customer. I returned today 2/20, and the customer service from the staff was way better and Deborah kept her word with giving me the kolaches. Thanks, Deborah, and the rest of the Kolache staff, for the amazing customer service for 2/20! 🙂

I love this place so much. The service is amazing, the restaurant is so clean, and the kolaches are the absolute best.

First time ever having a Kolache and I gotta say, LOVE THEM. Walked in with my wife with the intention of getting a few for the breakfast drive home and ended up getting 2 dozen... yes, every flavor sounded amazing and they WERE! I am lucky this place isn't closer to where I live because it would be very very bad for my waistline. You cannot go wrong with any flavor, they have savory, sweet, and everything in between. The buns have a great fluffy texture but are still robust enough to hold all the fillings they cram into them.

I came here June 11th at 10am. The cashier appeared to be annoyed with my family because we didn’t immediately know what we wanted. After spending $40 at this store, that same cashier sold us milk that expired on May 8th. When we should her the expiration date of the milk she sold us, she state “all of our milk is like that”, which leads me believe she saw the expiration date and sold it anyway.

Imagine Dunkin but with Hawaiian sweet rolls stuffed with an assortment of fillings - breakfast, lunch, dessert. Service is fast and staff is friendly. Variety of vegetarian options, and the team marks the box when purchasing by the dozen. Food can be heated for you or taken room temp to heat at home/office. Filling and delicious, definitely recommend.

Food was good. But not very hot.

Great deals and friendly service. The entire experience culminated in them asking questions to make my food better that I hadn't even thought of. For example, they mentioned that since I bought 6 I qualified for 6 free, and they even asked if I wanted them warmed up.

Where to start... You want sweet, savory, spicy, & anything in between, This is the place. Fantastic bread/dough with a hint of sweetness filled with just about anything you could dream. Sausage Gravy, Eggs & Sausage, Philly Cheese Steak, Jalapeno Popper, Meatball, Creamed Spinach, Fruit... The list goes on! I selected an assortment to try as many as possible. The fruit & cheese pastry style a wonderful warm or room temperature. The flavor of the month Turkey & Stuffing was definitely a favorite. I didn't get to try everything, but I will get there! The iced coffee was great too smooth & not bitter. Can't wait to pickup some during my next visit.

I arrived at the drive through a little after 1:30 pm on Jan 28th, listened to the employee suggest ordering the monthly special and called out my order. There was no response back. After a couple of minutes I drove around to the pick up window and looked inside. The place appeared to be closed. I drove around again to the drive through and was greeted by the same pre-recorded message. I left at 1:45 pm and it was obvious the placed was closed. The website stills says they are open until 2:00 pm. They could at least update their hours on Google maps.
