Kolache Factory

The service has unfortunately declined. Cashier clearly was not trained for register. The kolaches were barely warm and unlabeled. I felt for the manager! Hoping for improvement!

Came at 9 in the morning. My first time trying Kolache factory. The counter lady was pleasant. The Kolaches themselves tasted good. The savories are great for breakfast.
Would definitely be back!

Kolache are always a great quick and great tasting snack or meal if you order multiple. They have something for everyone, several sweet and savory options to choose from.

It's been a few years since I last visited and I remember why I haven't gone back. Not only has the price gone up the ingredients lack as well. I ordered the pull pork and it was so small! Meat was dry. I also order 3 bacon egg and cheese for the same price as the pork. It was a little bigger but wheres the bacon and cheese???? It was all eggs! I want to like being a czech native but its not worth the money. I would gladly pay if the ingredients were there.

OMG...Are u kidding?! Forget the methadone clinic. Take my behindt to the kolache withdrawal clinic! I came in to get a dozen (mixed) to take back home to mom. Figured I'd eat just one out of the "go" box while sitting there. Sorry mom. Let me tell u something, forget about it. U cant eat just one kolache. These things are more addictive than crack. I hear they have one of these in Texas. Have a biz trip out there in a few months, and will go out of my way 2 track that place down.

The kolaches are really good, my husband loves trying a variety of flavors including the brisket and more traditional flavors like egg, bacon and cheese. The dough is very tasty, just a lot of dough to filling ratio. I also tried the cinnamon roll which was really large and good. We will be back again when we are driving to and from Virginia Beach.

I visited the Kolache Factory today for the first time since hearing about how awesome their food and service is from a friend and let me just tell you they did NOT disappoint! I wanted to try everything! I also had a coupon I was able to use which was a huge bonus, the girl taking my order forgot to put in my coupon (things happen, but definitely didn’t take away from my great service I was given) and they took care of me accordingly! I will definitely be back! Such awesome service, very polite and fast and everything was delicious! Wish there were more stars to give!

They say all good things must come to an end. Your prices increased 15-26% on the items I purchase. Prices are going up everywhere but that's a substantial increase. To make it worse, you've stopped the "bounce back". With no notice given and not honoring the ones you literally just gave out a few days ago. Factor that in with the price increase and overall it's almost double the cost now. No thank you! I guess this is to pay for the commercials that I see on TV all the time now? The quality of the food isn't even consistent in terms of freshness and how made. One day I can get one of the best cinnamon rolls ever and the next day get one that's hard as a brick that's largely inedible. Or a pizza kolache that's great one day and the next has maybe 1 slice of pepperoni and no cheese. You really needed to improve your operations before running commercials to get more customers, much less double your prices.
