Kolache Factory

Went this morning, Kolaches are decent, but service is terrible. Don’t order more than a few kolaches bc they will not give you the correct order. Additionally, most of them aren’t marked to identify what is what so you leave the drive thru hoping the employee got it right. This is why I don’t come here often or order more than 3 items.

I absolutely LOVE this place! All of the kolaches I've had have been amazing. Angie helps me out the most and she's an absolute sweetheart. Her customer service is wonderful, and she always has a smile on her face. Their prices are reasonable, and I'm glad I took my family here to try the awesome choices. The only downside is that they close at 2. Get here in the morning and have a great start to your day!

First time I had these I was unimpressed because I got them to go and I had to heat them up myself. I stopped by this morning to try them again and I went through the drive through. I was pleasantly surprised this time.I had a Jalepeno and cheddar and a sausage gravy one....They were warm and they were amazing. I was glad given them a second chance. They have so many different varieties to choose from. I would highly recommend this place for a quick and easy breakfast.

TL;DR - Terrible customer service

Had an online order to pick up, but couldn’t get any help. Old lady was taking a long time at the only open register. Register woman apologized but no one else in the store would help me. One person had a clipboard, looked like they were taking inventory, another worker was outside. Never got my food. Will never return here.

I was overly surprised at my first visit to this place. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledge of the products and eager to share information. We tried many different flavored kolaches and they are all exceptionally tasty. The dining room was neat and clean and unique with bar seating along the window. I am definitely going back I can't wait

To much Bread and not enough food inside 😕

My experience was better here than at any other breakfast establishment in the past week. The staff was friendly, fast and enthusiastic. I would love one of these in my home town in Iowa. Please express my thanks to the staff and manager for creating continuous fan when I return each month.

My experience here was so bad that I honestly think some of the other reviews here are fake. Called in my order early and arrived about 25 minutes later (I was told they'd be ready in about 30 to 40 minutes, a dozen reg kolaches for the record). As the only person in the restaurant I ended up waiting for another 45 minutes despite checking in occasionally to see if they were ready. When I finally did get them they were cold. Made me wonder if I'd been rude somehow in my interactions but it was so benign that I'm sure I wasn't. I guess it could've been a bad day, but I still won't be going back.
