Really good drip coffee and an above average scramble made for a nice breakfast. I just wish they had jam for the toast.

Friendly place! I have followed them on Instagram for a while and always see pictures of huskies so stopped by with mine, she made a friend! The place was closed but the owner was nice enough to bring my Dog water! Update: tried the Java Surf Cafe Smoothie and Mediterranean egg panini and was blown away with how good they tasted! I am excited to check out the bring your dog nights once a month too and enjoy a coffee drink

My friend and I both really enjoyed the meals we ordered. I got the Lighthouse melt and my friend ordered a scramble. Both were delicious.

Things to know: A little pricey. Nice, comfortable atmosphere. Small parking lot.

Stopped in here while visiting the area and its super cute in here. The staff is very friendly, the food is incredible. I had a mococo latte and it was beautiful and delicious!

A mix of good and bad here, but enough on the negative side for us to not return. I had the Lighthouse Melt and it was excellent, but that was about the extent of the positives. My wife wanted a simple veggie scramble, but there isn't one on the menu, so she asked yo hold the bacon and cheese on one option, and have some extra veggies instead. The "extra veggies" amounted to a couple chunks of tomato and onion, but we got charged an extra almost $3 for them, but no discount for skipping the bacon and cheese (by far more expensive items than a quarter of a tomato and slice of onion). We inquired about this issue to the server, and she sent over the manager on duty, who rudely explained there are no substitutions or exceptions, but he would remove the extra charge "out of generosity." This attitude made it clear he had no interest in helping our situation, just wanted to appease us. With the amount of people who do not eat meat these days, it is ridiculous to not have a veggie breakfast option, and an absolute outrage to be charged such an exorbitant amount for a few cents worth of veggies! Needless to say, we will NOT be returning, and urge others to consider their own personal preferences and dietary choices before visiting too.

Great morning cafe off the main strip. All menu items served all day. Serve yourself coffee with many choices, as well as a multitude of lattes and espressos. The food is excellent with vegetarian options. Children may not enjoy a huge amount of the menu, but there are bakery delights as well. Highly recommend the smoothies.

My favorite place in Virginia Beach! I’ve looked forward to coming here for the last 3 years. Amazing open face breakfast bagels and the coffee and espresso drinks are delicious.

It does get busy so service can take time, keep in mind you are in a tourist town. The waiters and baristas are always friendly and the food and drinks comes out tasty.

This place was amazing. Would totally go back. The decor is so cute ,Very colorful :-) . Our server was nice and the food --wow. Was totally impressed. I will totally eat here again next time I am in the area. :-)

Best Coffee bar and brunch in Virginia Beach. Delicious food, amazing service. I will always frequent and order from them!
