So sweet. Stopped in for a quick tea and set of tea sandwiches. They were so sweet.

My tea was AMAZING - the strawberries and cream, I want to say.

I had 2 veg sandwiches, they were kind enough to let me modify the sandwich sampler to be vegetarian. The cucumber sandwich was interesting, with some kicky mustard sauce and the cheddars sandwich was lovely.

The team was so welcoming and even helped me find my way to my next stop - a nearby art studio.

I’ve been going to this place for years, and just when I was about to bring my two closest friends there, the original owners finally sold the business. I’m glad they were able to retire, but I was anxious about if this place would be different food-wise and with the atmosphere. Luckily, everything is pretty much the same, including the butterscotch scones with clotted cream I’m addicted to. They’re still good about food restrictions, and were able to accommodate 1 vegetarian, and 2 people with pork and fish sensitivities. My friends were impressed with the tea leaf samples they brought out for us to smell and help us decide what tea we wanted with our meal. The new owners are sweet too, and I hope they continue to thrive.

The worst reviews on here are usually from people who tried to go in without a reservation and got turned away, so always make sure you have one! Luckily with the new owners, they’ve revamped the website to make it more modern and easy to make reservations without calling (but you can still do that too if technology isn’t your thing). Highly, highly, hiiiiighly recommend to those who love a traditional feeling tea time.

This is truly an amazing place. The ambiance is authentic and the tea selection fits everyone’s taste buds. The tea sandwiches and savories are mouth watering. The hosts are also a pleasure to chat with and genuinely care about your experience. I recommend this place for the experience. We will be going again.

Our large group of 7 had a fantastic time. The food was delicious especially the scones and the waitresses were wonderful and attentive. We love all the mismatched silverware, tea cups, tea cozies and tea pots. We were so excited to "unveil" our tea pots Thank you so much for a wonderful time and we will be back for sure

Reservations, reservations, reservations! You really need to make reservations to get a table as it is a small business with few tables. Walking in off the street you are less likely to get service. It was a wonderful spot for tea. The teas are loose leaf fine quality blends that really make the experience. Wide range of flavors to choose from and individually or group pots. The tea sandwiches were authentic and delicious. You have to try each one because no two are alike. The piece of resistance is the sconces. These are to die for. Now you just need to decide cream first or jam first. I can’t wait to go back.

Very sweet little place. Teas and food were lovely. The setting in a small shop in a small country town made for a perfect afternoon. Service was kind, but not very attentive. Some very small improvements would put this place over the top. E.g., when you ask to try a new tea, they should give you new cups and filters so you don’t have to pour new tea over an old teas in the filter and combine tastes. It’s a small thing, but in a super cute boutique like this, attention to detail matters.

For quite a while, I’ve been wanting to try the tea here. Can absolutely say that I wasn’t disappointed! The auntie’s pumpkin pie tea was amazing and the assorted pastries received with the “cream tea for two” were tasty!

The interactive holiday teas are great! The food is a little different from the original owner's but it is still good!

My daughters and I enjoyed a peaceful afternoon tea. The food was fantastic. There is a large tea selection. We will definitely be back!

This is our favorite spot for mother/daughter days! The teahouse is quaint and adorable. They have a stunning collection of vintage-antique dishes and teaware. Theres a wide array of teas to choose from, and you can smell them before ordering. We got the cream tea for 2 and had very delicious fresh scones and other treats. It's worth driving out for a special visit!
