Would have never imagined what the Capital One Cafés have to offer!! The staff at the Short Pump Town Center location are friendly and knowledgeable.
We were so fortunate to have had Branden show us all that it offers. It changes the way you bank!
I highly suggest checking it out.
MAKE SURE YOU LOOK FOR Branden!!!

The Capital One Cafe is a wonderful place! I came in because I had heard some of my coworkers talking about it, but I definitely wasn't expecting to be as blown away as I was! I came in and they were just giving away free food and these cool things called "swag bags" that was a backpack filled with sunglasses, water bottle, and a dog bowl!
The best part about the experience was that I got 50% off of the coffee with my Capital One card! I hadn't heard of Peet's coffee before, but the delightful barista informed be that it started in California and is huge over on the West Coast and was slowly gaining traction over here on the East Coast.

Such a great atmosphere and very welcoming and helpful employees! I had the honor of working with Jacob Smith who helped me open my 360 savings account, he explained each savings account that you guys have to offer and helped me find the one that suited my needs the best, and answered all of my questions in a polite and understanding manner! I will definitely be back to see you guys soon!

We were in there this weekend and had a wonderful experience. The baristas were so friendly and quick. We needed to get some questions answered about some products and Branden helped us. He was fantastic. He was patient with us, answered every question we had and helped us get what we needed all set up. We are excited to work with such great people!

Wonderful atmosphere here. Extremely friendly and helpful staff and baristas. Pastries are a bit more expensive than Starbucks, but they are all locally sourced. Support small business, right? Best part? Several outlets to charge phones, surf the Web on a tablet, and avoid the long lines and rude staff across the way. Hand down, the best place in the mall to serve your banking needs and enjoy an excellent cup of joe!

I usually enjoy a visit at this store, but today my husband and I walked in, while he was deciding what to drink I walked toward the bathrooms....I was stopped by an employee and told I was to use the public ones in the mall up stairs....I've used the ones there before..is this a new policy??? Cafe..food..bathroom.......leave???

This cafe is truly amazing!!! Very relaxing atmosphere. The ambassadors are very welcoming and super friendly, and the baristas are always a delight and always have a smile on their face and it just brightens my day seeing that first thing in the morning!!!! Definitely check it out if you haven’t!!! I will be coming back for sure!!! 😊

I came only to bank as I was not aware and almost confused as to how and why a bank would try to Starbuck the public. After relaxing my built in expectations enough to realize there is no reason why every service oriented company couldn't provide the same experience I approached the counter. Almost immediately I felt as if it were a private club for the 5 percenters in the world. I wasnt sure I was going to qualify for anything special because I had minimal to offer. The place could care less whether you bank there. True the promote as a means to convince you to bank but didn't expect anything. More power to you for seeing the future of customer service. I was very pleased but gear me out! You MUST compete witjh high end coffe and respectable help. I have better coffee at venors on the street. Still...thank you for trying. I became your customer because I felt like you were trying.

A bit pricey if you do not like Capital one credit cards. If you want internet it is the slowest most frustrating in Short Pump. . Better off going to Starbucks if the weather is good. The only advantage to Capital One cafe is indoor seating in bad weather.

I had some unexpectedly complicated banking, and Nico and Michael were incredibly patient and helpful. I really appreciate the friendly demeanor of all the employees there.
