Cassidy was awesome!!! She was very helpful and went out of her way to take care of our issue. This was our first time at CapitolOne cafe and we were so happy to get Cassidy.

For me the Capital One Cafe is very different in quality for banking vs. as a coffee shop. I really like it as a coffee shop, the coffee is good and it's at a great price since you get half off with a capital one card. Always a wayyy shorter line than the Starbucks next to it for basically the same thing. I've tried to do banking here once and imo it wasn't great. They don't have the same capabilities as an actual bank location so when I tried to open a credit card with them they just handed me an iPad with the Capital One website on it which wasn't super helpful.

This last Saturday October 29th the Capital One Cafe at the Mall was “Temporarily Close” just double check before heading there, my favorite coffee spot in town.

The Capital One Cafe is a really neat little place. I've come here to get banking done (I switched from BoA), get work done, or just pick up some coffee and chat with friends. I think the idea is to make it more of a community center, and it accomplishes it quite well. On nice afternoons and on weekends there's usually a decent hubbub, and in the spring and summer it's super nice with the doors all open.
It's much cleaner and refreshing than any of the Starbucks nearby, with interesting, bright architecture, spacious seating, and lots and lots of outlets and charging ports. I've seen lots of families here as well as quite a number of business people hanging out. They have some games for kids (like Jenga) and there are also meeting spaces that you can reserve in the back.
The bank personnel don't necessarily have in-depth knowledge about every product, but they will work with you to get what you need done. We had a complication with our joint checking account when I was trying to add my husband as a user and they called in for me, explained the issue, and worked to resolve it with me. I also appreciate that I've never felt like they've tried to sell me a service, which is uncommon for the banks that I've previously been a part of.
This is not like a dedicated co-working space though. The atmosphere is upbeat and vibrant, and I think that's on purpose, because it's meant to be a friendly, inviting space, so if you're looking for a silent place, this is not it. (that said, to those complaining about noise - Starbucks are just as loud... only super small coffee shops are not, and this is in a mall, so...?)

This is for sure my go to favorite coffee spot! The staff and ambassadors make the visit fun and enjoyable. Always accommodating and friendly I'm impressed how creative the team works to integrate into the community. The happy hours are fantastic (Free Peete's for card holders) and coffee is always 1/2 price with your card. Lots of space and family friendly. We are raving fans!!!

This seems like a convenient concept if you have a Capital One card, as there's a bank/atm behind the coffee shop. The service was just okay, but I was surprised at how stellar the coffee is for the price! A cheap and great tasting alternative to the Starbucks directly across.

I am currently moving abroad and needed to open a checking account that was best for international travel. Through all my research I found captial one coming up on top for this. When I went to the cafe to open my account I was stressed with this daunting task, but was greeted with nothing by relaxing and chill vibes. Our representative Branden was beyond helpful and exactly what I needed. He helped me open an account easily and quickly while also telling me all the benefits. He let me know all my options and I felt super comfortable with my decision since he helped review it all with me. My mother came with me and is now opening an account too based off of his advice and charisma. Thanks Capital One and Branden!

This location is by far our favorite. The coffee shop is amazing. When my wife and I walk in, the baristas already know our order and begin preparing our hot drinks before we even pay for them. On the bank side, the staff is amazingly energetic, extremely knowledgable and quite inviting. We visit this site 4-5 times each month and enjoy our visit even more with each visit. Many thanks to Capital One for a remarkable approach to making banking this easy and enjoyable.

Upon entering the CapitalOne cafe, Selah, an ambassador, greeted us warmly and helped us through what we needed that day. It took a while but she gladly and patiently went through the steps with us. Jordan, who was over the phone to help with other things, was no different. He was calm and patient as well. All in all, it was a comfortable way to do banking (we even got a much needed water) :-).

WOW! I came in here with my family to watch my son make his first deposit. We were quickly greeted by Amanda (staff member). My son forgot the pin he set for his new account. Amanda called for us and helped us every step of the way. She was very sweet and professional. Amanda was very welcoming. She made us feel like royalty. Best service I've had in a long time. This made me want to open accounts for all my kids. Even my wife is now going to open a 360 account. Capital one you always amaze me. Thank you Amanda and Capital One!
