Middleburg Common Grounds

Middleburg Common Grounds is a coffee shop that if you are paying through you must stop at. The atmosphere alone is inclusive and homely, with the staff being very personable. The service is like any coffee shop, when they get busy, it is busy and slightly behind but that is normal.

Overall, a must on any trip through or in Middleburg.

I was visiting from out of town and was really disappointed in what I ordered... I ordered the chicken salad (as a salad) and in my opinion this should be removed from the menu. I can't imagine it being good as a sandwich either. Having a mixture of chicken and raisins dumped on top of lettuce with 3 slices of cucumber, 3 grape tomatoes, and balsamic dressing, is not tastey.

I stopped here on my way to work to grab an iced coffee and a breakfast sandwich. The coffee and the sandwich was delicious! The coffee was very smooth and had great flavor. The sandwich was surprisingly large and I have a half of it left over for breakfast tomorrow morning.
The staff was very friendly. I highly recommend stopping in and trying this place out.

The food was good but it took us ages to eat. We had to wait 45 minutes for 3 sandwiches. The sandwiches were all very simple. I think they were short of staff.
Is not a good place for big groups.

I Meet every month with a friend in a nearby town. We always get a breakfast roll sandwich with tomato, cheese, egg and spinach, fantastic. Their coffee is just excellent. Laid back ambience with friendly, workers and custmers!
