So hard to find healthy options on road trips. We found this gem just off 81 in Harrisonburg and we will be putting it on our go-to list for future trips. So fresh and yummy!!

Drove out of our way to try it on a Monday at 11:30. Google said it was open but it was dark and closed.

Fresh, delicious, healthy, locally sourced meals, reasonably priced, prepared and delivered to my hotel room by very friendly folks. This is the stuff I dream of when I'm on the road, but travellers like me will agree gems like Greens and Grains are rare to nonexistent. What a pleasant surprise for this road weary, health conscious road warrior!

Traveling though Harrisonburg, and wanted a salad, looked for a "Salad Works" seen Greens & Grains Cafe on a sign and looked it up on the internet. Walked in and place was full with 7-10 people in line. To our surprise It moved quickly with only 2 people working. Food was fresh, really good, and the 2 way over worked employees did awesome. Wish I would have gotten their names to post, but it was around 130ish Sunday, Sept 2nd. The girl and guy working deserve a raise

Southwest chicken sandwich I order was ok, but very small for $ 7.50 no chip or side. Just 2 slices of what look like supermarket bread and little chicken cheese black beans corn and onions. Very dissappointed . The salads my co workers ordered for same price about the same small and exspensive. Fast food joint get side salad for $ 1.50 and burger for $2.00 . 3.50 for both not $15.00.

The food was excellent. Had the grilled cheese sandwich and tomato basil soup. Went and got a second grilled cheese sandwich because it was so delicious.

Really fresh ingredients and great variety. Stopped here while traveling and was impressed. Salad places are generally always a coin toss when it comes to quality. We would stop here again if we were in the area.
