Website and Google listed the business as open. I ordered online through GrubHub (direct link from the website) and when I went to pick up my order, the store was closed during normal business hours with no explanation. I now have to wait 3-5 business days for my order to be refunded. As a first time customer, this was extremely disappointing and I will not be ordering again in the future. There are plenty of other salad/wrap shops in Harrisonburg that have better customer service that will receive my support!

Good food, rude staff. The girl working looked miserable like she didn’t want to be there, couldn’t pay attention to who was in line first and last. When she brought over our soup- she spilled it in the ground, in the table, and it almost got on my white shoes if I hadn’t moved it out of the way. She didn’t even acknowledge that she did that. I usually don’t write reviews online but this was just such bad service.

Hit the spot perfectly! If you like healthy *and* tasteful food, this might be the place for you.
Personally, I especially liked that many salads don’t have cucumber, onions, or tomatoes - I hate all three.

Friendly service., Custom built sandwiches. Great mushroom brie soup! Many GF options.

Great food. Fresh. Just as I ordered it. Reasonable portions. I loved that everything was labeled with exactly what was in it, I'm gluten and dairy free and sometimes it's very difficult to eat out!

An oasis on the highway food-desert for these gluten-free and vegetarian travelers. The mushroom-brie soup was heavenly and the variety of options was gratifying.

Food was excellent and very reasonably priced. Service was great . Will definately be back. You need to try the crab bisque! Best I've ever had. Can't go wrong here. So many healthy selections . Don't miss this place. Also great coffee and espresso drinks and they use all local products. Loved it!

I'm trying to find the 4.5 stars. Looks like a mundane hole in the wall, but the menu and food preparations reflect thought, creativity, attention to details and caring. Very fair pricing too. For lunch on a long ride down I-81, we were very pleasantly surprised.

I finally found a place in Harrisonburg with good food. I was starting to think it was hopeless. The food here was good. I'm neutral on the service because I wasn't able determine if it were good or not.

Food is amazing. Wide selection of fresh soups, salads and sandwiches. They source food from local farms too, support farm to table. Service was friendly and helpful, but as it was one person running everything, let's just say it was worth the wait, but I would only go on days when I have plenty of time. If you want fast food go to McDs.
