Casual, unassuming and welcoming meeting place that you can go to with friends, family, colleagues. Their baked goods are very good. I tried their gluten free chocolate pecan cookie that was delicious! It had a crispy coating, chewy middle, and very chocolatey. The coffee cake was good and not too sweet. They have happy hour and other dishes that I would want to go back and try. There's seating upstairs and in the back area.

I hosted a bridal shower for 35 at the Upstairs Wine Bar and it was perfect. From start to finish Leah and the team provided great service and were easy to work with. The group absolutely loved the food and there was wonderful variety on the menu. Can’t recommend enough.

Really nice coffee shop with pastries, all day breakfast sandwiches, quiche, gourmet teas and lattes, lunch and dinner options and wine and beer. Pretty much a one stop shop. Counter service, but they bus the tables. Brunch available upstairs (table service there, I think). It's in Arlington, park where you can. Walk if you can. Dogs allowed in the outdoor dining area.

Met at the patio on a sunny December day. I had come here before and it looked like a good meetup location. Coffee is fresh roasted and has excellent flavor. My friend had a green tea which was served with an hourglass to tell you when it was good to pour. One of the best scones I’ve ever had. Crunchy crust with a moist inside which was almost cake-like. Excellent ambiance with a mixed crowd leaning to the young professional side. Definitely a great hangout spot.

Great little place for casual brunch. Very popular. Usually pretty busy. Good selection of brunch fare & drinks. I like their patio seating. Needs more umbrellas for shade though. Food was delicious. I'd definitely come back.

I had a really great experience here. Very laid back vibe. There is parking on the side of the building, free on weekends but limited. There is inside and o it side seating available. There is an option to order and go or you can have full service upstairs. Upstairs you order from your phone and wait staff brings out your food. I had the breakfast sandwich which included bacon, white cheddar, and poached eggs with a side of fruit. I also had a small mocha, which was delicious and not too sweet. The whole meal cost me 13.00 (not including tip) which was a fairly reasonable price. I will definitely be back to try out more!

APPROVED! Imagine if you will....a coffee shop that sells top craft beers and wines, that you can have there or take home.

This coffee shop / wine spot in DC area has it all..... meets criteria for ultimate coffee shop experience.
It has the vibe, copious indoor & outdoor seating and privacy, all kinds of coffee choices, doesn't play annoying music full blast like Starbucks does (Seattle type odd stuff, and their drip), giant tables and chairs, top coffees & cold brew for sale, and there's healthy & tasty recipes on their menu. Easy to get to near a major crossroads and a lot of parking.

I had to come here to get some top bagged coffee for my friends and special wine for someone special, plus my fix on superb fresh coffee,
and this place didn't disappoint!

Northside Social Coffee & Wine in Arlington, less than two miles from the D.C city limit and in a foodie zone 800 feet from the Clarendon Metro Stop.

Northside Social in Arlington, Virginia is a great spot for coffee and brunch. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, with plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors. The staff is friendly and attentive. One of the standout menu items is the breakfast sandwich with bacon. The sandwich is made with fluffy eggs, crispy bacon, and on a freshly-baked bread. The bread is crispy and buttery, providing the perfect contrast to the savory bacon and eggs. The bacon is cooked to perfection and adds a nice smoky flavor to the sandwich. Overall, the breakfast sandwich with bacon at Northside Social is a must-try for anyone in the area looking for a delicious and satisfying brunch option.

Mildly confusing set up for a new customer. It would be nice if there was a sign pointing to the area that is full service/indication there’s an extended area indoors for dining past the counter. I did like the food. It felt overpriced for the area but it is a popular spot. Service was good and fast despite being super busy while the staff was very amicable.

I visited the cafe due to its high reviews. I had smoked salmon breakfast sandwich which was good but I didn’t think it was as exceptional as many reviewers wrote. I’ll give try other dishes next time. Cappuccino was lukewarm. 😐 It could be just one of the off days. I’ll try other menu items next time.
