Perfect ice cream. They do subtle flavors really well, like Honey/Lavender. Their basil ice cream is divine. They make their waffle cones fresh in-house, and it’s the best I’ve ever had.
Been several times. Loved every flavor.

Absolute best ice cream, made fresh with local ingredients. Amazing and unique flavors. And also great coffee (maple latte is my fave), pastries and the yummiest breakfast sandwich (I like it on a croissant). Super friendly staff 😊

Their flavors are unmatched in this area. Their Backyard Mint Chip changed my life. Their pop tarts are warm and delicious! They have something for everyone and any time of day.

Delicious and innovative ice cream flavors! Always on my list of stops when traveling between Middlebury and Burlington. Absolutely love their house made waffle cones! Wish there was one near home!

I ordered the Tuscan orange olive oil cake and chai latte. Both were phenomenal, and the service was equally impressive. This little shop was such a pleasure to stumble upon. Looking forward to coming back soon.

LU-LU's has a great location (middle of downtown) and i love that you can also get coffee and pastries here, but it is super expensive. Ice cream flavors are more "refined" with flavors like "Earl Grey Tea" and lots of burbon infused ideas (like cherries or caramel). However, when you taste the icecream, imho, you can't taste any of the special ingredients (ie. burbon, peeps, etc). But it IS all made in house, and is a fun place to go for a more upscale "date with girlfriends" rather than a family icecream shop.

We booked lulu ice cream in place of wedding cake at our daughter's wedding celebration and it was just perfect. The ice cream freezers were delivered to the wedding barn and kept the ice cream frozen on a steamy hot day. When we announced ice cream the crowd seriously went wild. And then to have it be as delicious as this ice cream is, that was amazing!

Drove over an hour and a half to bring my Mom for her 90th birthday. This was all she wanted to do after reading about it in Yankee magazine.It was by far an absolute wonderful experience.! The owners went out of their way to make it a super memorable visit,and the ice cream was out of this world delicious! Everyone was friendly and went above and beyond to give my Mom a great day; for which I'm forever grateful! Do yourself a favor,and make the trip! I promise you'll be glad you did!

Really amazing, though they were out of several flavors by the time I got there. I guess you have to get there pretty early to try an basil! And the ice cream is on the soft side, I think she makes everything overnight before the shop opens so it's kind of a small operation!

What a cute little airy & bright shop! Very friendly and accommodating staff. They serve light meals too, I wasn't expecting that. Had the "semi-charmed kinda life" flavor, really sweet but in a good way 😊
