It’s nice and quiet when it first opens and the coffee is great as are the tea lattes, but this is not a place to work. They have no WiFi. :/ What kind of coffee shop has no WiFi?
Best place in town to just sit and Be. Down to earth, bohemian, wood furnished interior makes things cosy - one can almost imagine a fireplace being there even though there isn't. Great selection of coffee and teas and a superb flourless chocolate cake.
I got the yogurt with granola, and fresh fruit. I put some honey on it, and it was really really good. Yogurt was creamy and not twangy... Yum yum yum..... I didn't get the coffee, but my friend did and he likes it.
Awesome laid back friendly atmosphere. This place would have received 5 stars since they have got everything eight except wi-fi. It's a fantastic old building with a heaping of extra charm. Love this place! The food was excellent and the juices are great.
I entered this establishment with high hopes. Hopes that would soon be crushed. I dreamt of coffee, pastries, and instagram posts galore. Nay. I was greeted sourly with such things. The things I ordered were fab as was the provided atmosphere ( thank the heavens for that greenery), but the staff greeted me with disdain (perhaps my youth?) and with an uninvited, unintelligible lesson in mathematics. I encourage the baristas to keep on keeping on, but if you want new customers to return I recommend you clean up your acts. You're getting a little bogged down by all that muck.
When we were in Burlington for the Joe Bonamassa concert the valet suggested Muddy Waters Cafe. We were not disappointed at all. Friendly people and the decor is amazing....so much to look at and enjoy. Best latte in town!
The drinks are okay, but if you're looking for a place to sit and work, this is not it. They don't have WiFi and have limited seating that isn't in direct sunlight glaring at your screen.
Great local coffee shop with friendly staff and a laid back atmosphere. Can’t remember if they have WiFi or not but it is a great place to study, chat with friends or take a date. If it’s warmer weather get a muddy’s shake, you won’t be disappointed!
Muddy Waters is a charming, comfortable place, and is better than Starbucks. Like SB's, however, they don't really have coffee. I suppose if you like flavored drinks, give them a shot.
The best coffee shop in B-town, great atmosphere and food. A good place to work on coding, homework, do interviews, but also enjoy yourself. Welcoming to everyone.
