Dutch Bros Coffee

I'm not a coffee drinker so I admit I'd never gone here until a family member was employed. The employees were creative, kind, & thoughtful. The staff has gone downhill recently. It seems like they don't care as much about customers now. Our dog still loves the pupp-a-cinos & they have many great options besides coffee. I personally prefer a cotton candy steamer or cotton candy frost but have tried many delicious drinks, when they get made right.

Great service. Delicious drinks. But the wait times can be wayyyyy to long. If you see a line of cars, be sure to give yourself 15-20 mins in their drive through.

Although the dutch brothers I have began going to is a good distance further away from the Starbucks that's literally right across the street from my house. I can get there, get me and my fiancee (I love you Misty Crofutt) our drinks, and get back home 20 minutes sooner than if I go to Starbucks. They also have a lot more selection than Starbucks which is a huge plus, because Misty doesn't drink coffee. The staff have always been extremely nice and I haven't had one bad experience in the dozen or so times that I've been there.

No matter when you arrive at Dutch Bros, you'll order by talking to an actual person. They don't have a menu with a speaker like a traditional drive through. It's quite refreshing, really. At any rate, they take their time to see that each customer is taken care of. Not just your order, they treat you like a person. It can take a little longer than other places, but it's well worth the wait. Every time I go to Dutch Bros, it feels like I'm chatting with a friend while they make me a reasonably priced beverage.

AMAZING SERVICE = even better coffee than you hoped for. Dutch is the best coffee spot, no question. Great coffee with an amazing business model and an obviously outstanding hiring protocol.

I don't often get up and out before 6am.. but when I do, it's always an experience.. and my experience with the baristas at this particular location was the most wonderful start to my day I could have asked for. I wish I had asked for names because I felt so appreciated, taken care of, welcomed, and most notably, like I was an old friend. If I was local, Dutch would always be my go to, and this location would be my #1 Dutch after this experience.

As a barista of 3 years myself, I can't compliment them enough for their genuine commitment to great coffee and a more than excellent experience. Not only were they all actively listening and preparing my order as a very competent team, but the workers that I didn't get the chance to talk to still left sweet little notes on the lids for me and my friends. Something super small, but very genuine and appreciated! I hope my appreciation for those who were working this morning (dec 21st) can be expressed by not only my words, but by management as well, because they deserve it!

Great drinks and better service.
I'm not a coffee expert, but I do know that each time I go to Ditch Bros I will be taken care of. If I ask for suggestions, I get honest answers. The staff are always friendly and happy to talk. Keep it up.

Ordered a coffee recommended by the girl who placed our order. Was very delish.. I don't drink Dutch bro's often but my son does and he loves DB.. now I wished I ordered a large... 😁

I've never had a bad experience at a Dutch Bros. This is the closest location to my office and I'm incredibly grateful for that. I love the jelly donut drink and everyone has been very helpful to recommend different ways to try it. Cold brew is my favorite so far. They're incredible about giving drink recommendations if you aren't sure what you want and that makes rhe experience awesome.

I have never had a more pleasant and friendly experience at a coffee shop as I did here today. All 3 of the girls that interacted with us were super friendly, personable, and helpful- since my husband and I had never been to a Dutch Bros before. Definitely will be switching from Beans & Brews to this Dutch Bros location, not only because the coffee was amazing, but because the customer service was wonderful enough to keep us coming back.

Line was way long but went by so fast! The coffee here is the best! I love that they brought dutch bros here! I always had to get dutch bros when I was in Idaho! So I am so happy I can have it more often now! Super nice employees! Great customer service all around!!
