Dutch Bros Coffee

This is the closest Dutch that I live by and I'm a frequent customer here, but todays experience makes me feel disregarded. I pulled up in the line around 10:15am today and was behind 2 other cars and no one behind me. I had already placed my order with the girl and paid and am now waiting for the line to move up to get my drinks. This lady in a silver van pulls up and cuts me off. Mind you, there was no one behind me for a good 5 minutes. The lady cuts me off and almost hits my car and I honk and I roll down the window to tell her that I have already ordered and paid and was behind the red car in front of me so she would have to get behind me. She tells me "the sign back there says I have to merge" with an attitude. I told her "well I was here before you were and have already ordered. I'm behind that red car" at this point the lady rolls her window up and is giving me attitude refusing to let me in even though I was there first. At this point, the worker comes out and gives the red car their drink and hears the commotion of me honking and the lady and I going back and forth and doesn't do anything. I see two other workers standing by the door looking and one was the one who placed my order and didn't try to help either... I had to go in the exit lane to tell the girl at the window that I was next and I already placed my order and this lady cuts me off and she hasn't ordered. She just told me they'll bring me my drink out right here.. didn't even try to tell the other lady she was at fault... no apology. NOTHING! She was so close to hitting my car to the point where I had to back up to prevent her from it.

Don't know how to feel about this location anymore.

This is my go-to place for life. The people are great. They know what I like and there very helpful in giving me suggestions.

Love me some Dutch bros. They are all so extremely friendly, kind and very patient with my indecisiveness. I have yet to have a bad experience at any of the locations I have been to. Their drinks, while some better than others, have all been good but I was told if there ever is a time that you do not like what you have ordered, they will make you something else. This is more than a coffee shop it is an experience... Any time I have gone to any Dutch bros location i have left in a better mood than I was in going there. They have done an amazing job picking and training the Dutch bros employees. They are definitely what make this a great company and it's the small things they do like giving me a compliment about something that most people (even ones I live with) don't even notice or asking a question that is specific to me as an individual and then really listening and showing a genuine interest in my answer. Even if there is a line 7 cars deep behind me they never make me feel rushed if I have a question or if they know I was unsure about my order they make sure I try what I have ordered to be sure that I like, and that I am satisfied with my order. I continue to be impressed with each visit and purchase at Dutch Bros and I would highly recommend this place to any and everyone to try at least once. KEEP BEING AMAZING DUTCH BROS EMPLOYEES 😁👍🏽💕🥤😋

My granddaughter loves this place, I was with her when I went. She loves the coffee.

Normally love Dutch Brothers but this Sugar Free Golden Eagle with supposed heavy sugar free carmel drizzle was bitter and barely had any carmel drizzle

Sure, the lines can be long at times. Basically anytime to be honest. But I'm addicted! Everything I've tried so far has been great! I generally go with the Double Torture freeze! The staff is always super friendly and helpful if you do have questions about the drinks. Did I mention the free stickers?

I'm kind done with dutch bros. It's sad to say cause I love dutch but everytime I get my order it's never the same. There is no consistency with drinks including including just classics. If im spending almost $7 for a drink I want my drink done correctly. And I'm not sitting another 15 minutes or walking up to a window and waiting another 10 minutes to get a new drink remade ans get the what was wrong with your drink routine. I think this was my final straw today and I'm no longer going to be supporting Dutch Bros. When you get a 7$ release and it tastes like a 99 cent store energy drink you know it's just crapply made. Staff is always nice but that doesn't make up for bad drinks.

I came for some drinks and the workers were just talking away , taking forever to get drinks out. Girl came out to sit and talk. There was only one girl making the drinks because the other girls were to busy talking to someone who I’m sure works there too.

I have visited this location a few times and every time they are so friendly and super personable. The drinks are delicious and well priced. I recommend this location 100%! Fast, accurate and friendly service!
