Dutch Bros Coffee

The staff here is unfriendly af. They legit get mad (rude) if you choose not to tip, or if your order is even slightly complicated. No matter how many times I request very light ice (they actually charge 2 dollars extra for no ice! It's absurd) they always put at least a cup of ice in my drink. I'm starting to wonder if they do this to be purposefully antagonistic? Or if they truly do not care. This is by far the worst coffee shop I've ever been too, but only because of the truly unfriendly staff. It took many trips on many different days for me to feel it necessary to leave a comment like this. You can do much better. And perhaps rethink charging customer 2 dollars extra for a lack of ice in their beverage. Seriously ...

Friendly, fast employees serving good drinks.

Great, fast, friendly service like always. I love the Tri-Fecta freeze picture perfect. Took my nephew there for the first time and they were able to make the perfect drink after he explained what he wanted. Excellent customer service.

I love Dutch Bros! The staff is super friendly and helpful even though there standing in the cold temperatures. I will always have a bro!!

The coffee I got tasted good, but way too much ice. Should have been called coffeed ice instead of iced coffee.

whoever was working the window today was so full of joy and I really enjoyed that this morning. She had a dutch bros puffy jacket and glasses and I loved talking Ted Lasso with her.

I was a little bummed though, I ordered a caramelizer nitro cold brew and it honestly just tastes like cold brew which is a bit disappointing to be honest. Sometimes with anything it can just be a little inconsistent

This location is okay, I miss my AZ location the most. But the kids here are nice. The drinks are good, the positblities are almost endless.
Patio is dog friendly and ask for a pup cup.
No bathrooms that I'm aware of.

Absolutely amazing drinks and employees always! Only one complaint every time. The line takes so long to get through. Not their fault, it's just really that busy always.

They must train their employees happiness and have extensive customer service training. I just love going there and enjoying not only good coffee but also a great atmosphere. All employees are so happy, easy going and positive! I absolutely love it each time I go.
