Dutch Bros Coffee

I go here at least every few weeks. Dutch bros has become my new go to for coffee! The drinks are great but the interaction with employees is my favorite part! They’re always so kind and it’s really refreshing and a great start to my mornings before work.

DB has become my go-to place for pic-me-up coffee. Some are super strong but they do have a wide variety. I personally like picture perfect soft top, ni whipping cream it's almost all chocolate.

The service is good here I love all the girls working here they are all nice and always good help with the recommendations I appreciate the help... Don't forget to tip! When you go ...

First time trying Dutch Bros and it won't be my last. Ordered the Golden Eagle which is sweet and creamy, but not so much that it overpowers the espresso. Definitely interested in trying the 9-1-1 on days where I need a good energy boost.

I’ve never been to a slower coffee shop. Even if there’s only like 3 cars it will still take 20 min for me to get a single drink

Things were great until about a week or so ago. I get the Chai Golden Eagle because I really hate coffee. For some reason the last 4 times I have gone, whoever is making my drink is putting something coffee in it (vomit). My daughter says it tastes like an espresso shot or something. I wonder if they are mixing it in their coffee blender. Either way, people like me who order Chai, it is usually because we don't like coffee.

I talked with the manager, Ramon. He is absolutely amazing. He has taken care of the issue and made up for it. Also, two girls working explained what previous people had been putting in that made it taste like coffee. One girl wrote down exactly how I need to ask for my drink so it didn't happen anymore. Rather than just asking for a sugar free golden eagle chai there is a slight change to omit the coffee taste.
They were all so nice and helpful. Great customer service. Absolutely great customer service.

7:15 am 12/28. Worst experience at a Dutch Bros to date. Kids goofing around. Took 10 minutes to get my drink & I ordered at the window. Girl at window said "they haven't even made your drink but they've made the drinks for the cars behind you". When I get my drink it's completely wrong. After waiting so long for my drink the guy that finally made it was playing around with the girl at the window and every time she went to grab it he would pull it away. Come on....people don't have time for this BS in the morning! Won't be going back to this location ever.

My family and I ordered from here for the first time and the drinks were delicious. I ordered the ninja dutch frost shake, it was mouthwatering. This place is usually busy so you do have to wait but I felt that it was worth it.
