Beans & Brews Coffeehouse

Pretty cool place. Would have given it 5 stars... but, we went there to get a frozen lemonade, but apparently the ice machine was gettin replaced... and the new one never got "plugged in". Bummer. So, dropped $2-and-a-half on a regular strawberry lemonade, with few cubes of available ice cubes. The ambiance was pretty good, and the barista was helpful... but missin out on that frozen lemonade... :-(

I used to come here to study ever since I was a junior in high school. I came on a Sunday to study with my Dad and it was bad. All the tables were not wiped down, having many flies flying around us making us want to leave. We both ordered an iced caramel mocha, but one came super watered down. I can understand the coffee where you can't always make it perfect, but they've done better for the many multiple times I've came. There was a blonde woman who I believe is in charge of this store came and looks like came to just gossip with the baristas (who could be cleaning the area and kitchen). Might I add that she sat directly on a table and put her dirty shoes onto a chair that someone during today will sit down and probably eat on. I expected more from the woman who is in charge of here AND the baristas who probably don't really care about this job and just for the money. Probably won't come here again, sadly.

Chai tea was okay, but they said they could not warm my bread up because they had turned off the ovens for the night (this was two hours before closing time!). I said it was fine though, assuming it would at least be room temperature. The bread came out ice cold. Ridiculous service.

The last few times I’ve came to this location, my order is ALWAYS messed up. They don’t seem to care about the mistakes they make. Terrible customer service, I’ll definitely not be coming to this location ever again.

I just love all the staff here. Super friendly, helpful, and fast. B&B's coffee isn't incredible but it's a great place for me to go and get some work done.

I love beans and brews. Never really had a problem before. I decided to get a frozen chai last night because i was craving it. I almost went to Starbucks because they were closer to me. But, I drove out to beans and brews because I just love their frozen chais. Unfortunately, the lady serving me was a bit snippy at the drive through window. I realize I came a bit close to closing, (8:30pm) but 9 pm is a lot earlier closing then any restaurant/store I've been to lately. Not only was it her attitude, but also she added a shot of coffee to my drink when I didn't want any. I just wanted a little carmel. She was so worried about getting out fast that she wasn't paying attention to what she was doing.

I like going here, because it's a staple in Utah but honestly most of their shops could use some work. They're not really cozy, and if I'm going to sip on some joe, do work, and hang out at a coffee shop, it needs to be cozy. Step your game up Beans ;)

They put extra into accuracy which is appreciated.

Great customer service! The employees have been very professional and very friendly! The the atmosphere is great and so is the coffee!

Always a great stop for all your coffee needs. And so much cheaper the that Star place!!!!!
