If you ever need someone to get your drinks right, make sure to ask for Noah at this location. This dude is awesome!

I much prefer Beans and Brews to Starbucks. Their beans are better roasted, more flavor additives are available, and the coffee always tastes more fresh. They also have a pretty decent food menu to compliment the coffee, focusing mostly on quick-grabbfoods that are easy to eat on the go. I really enjoy their hot lattes and spinach croissants when I'm on my morning commute. Their staff is always friendly and professional. The chain is local to the Utah area so it also feels more like supporting local business and workers during this craziness. If you're a Starbucks regular, give B&B a try!

So went to the Beans and Brews on 13th e & 10600 s today. Ordered a Be Everything Sandwich and iced coffee. She confirmed my order and told me to pull forward. Got to the window, she handed me my sandwich and I could see it wasn't a Be Everything, she said it's a Be original, but I ordered a Be Everything, yaa were out of ham and walked away to get my iced coffee ...I gues they just change your order to what they have in stock!

We had a lot of questions with our order, and the cashier was super patient. His friendliness and sincerity left a great impression on our first trip to Beans & Brews. The drinks & muffins were good too! We will definitely be back to this location and we highly recommend it.

The parking lot fills up and the drive-thru is a mile long on Sundays. Makes perfect sense on so many levels. That's very condescending and I apologize to all that offends. Seems like there's a huge vacuum for top-notch coffee in the southeast corner of the valley. Even if that option were available, I wonder how many would recognize and reward such an establishment. It was enough to push me to prosumer gear and start brewing espresso at home. I could buy a lot of drive-thru coffee for what I've spent. I have no regrats.

I’ve been with Beans and Brews for three years now. and I have loved coming to this location when it is the closest option. But the last time i went i asked for ice coffee with oat milk, and there were a bunch of coffee grounds in my coffee. i know that this happens sometimes, but i was surprised they haven’t noticed it and tried to filter it out. And today i got an iced tan mocha with a packet of raw sugar, and they accidentally used the wrong base. i came today because i wanted coffee, not chocolate milk. I love this location, but maybe be a little more conscious before you give someone their drink?

Up until a few months ago, this location had exceptional service. I have a brain condition that affects my speech and makes it very challenging to order in the drive thru. After only a few difficult attempts to place my order, the entire staff had my order memorized so that I never had to struggle again. At the very first sound of my breathy voice, they would simply ask if I wanted my usual. I've been a loyal regular customer since we moved here just over two years ago BECAUSE of that exceptional service. I have spent a lot of money here and was a truly valued customer. One of my favorite Baristas would even tell me to just drive straight to the window if there were any issues. I enjoyed my multiple weekly visits and paid for the car behind me at least every other visit. A few months ago, the ENTIRE staff quit abruptly. I had never heard of such a thing. After visiting with one of the employees, I learned that it was a result of extremely poor management that just could not be endured anymore. That is quite a statement to lose an ENTIRE staff. Still, I decided to give the new employees a chance. It has really been difficult to start from the beginning....struggling to be heard in the drive thru and no one even making an attempt to assist me or remember what I order despite my very regular visits. The last two times (including this morning), when there wasn't a single car in line, I pulled forward to the window to order, as the previous employers had always happily encouraged me to do. Although I was initially greeted kindly by the male employee, I was then told that the manager was upset and that it was "extremely inconsiderate" of me to pull to the window and keep their other customers waiting and that if I had problems, I needed to come inside. With a car full of kids, that just isn't possible. After such a positive history with the employees at this location, it's so disappointing to have experienced first hand what they must have been experiencing every day with this management. It is no surprise that they all left.Customer service is everything and this location went from exceptional to inexcusable overnight. Today was my last visit to this location.

Been grabbing chai tea from here for a long long time! Yum! Great coffee spot!

Edit: This place has become impersonal. Not very courteous. Half the time I go they can't prepare something now or their credit card machine is not running. One thing to find out walking in but when you sit in drive thru and cant get out for ten min, you'd think they'd tell you or put a sign outside. Honestly I'm not one to really hammer on tiny things but when they start to become regular it stands out. I just want friendly courteous service. But really it's a change in the people at the counter or window.

I used to love coming here. Frequently because I live right by and I go to another B&B by my work. I'll still go there. I prefer this company over Starbucks.

Any coffee shop that can move their drive-thru along at lightning speed during the morning rush deserves five stars in my book! I stop here fairly regularly to pick up coffee for my office. The staff is friendly, efficient, and gets you on your way quickly!

This chain is my go-to when it comes to coffee. Not only do you get your money's worth, but I actually like the taste of their coffee. Unlike that other coffee place I won't mention...
This was only the second time I'd been to this location. The staff was very friendly, (even during their morning rush), and completely accommodating when it came to my special requests.
