LOUD!! Impossible place to relax, socialize, or work. It’s really loud inside all the time. The staff is usually very pleasant, but this place is only suitable for drive thru. The menu is aight—nothing really impresses, but that applies to all franchise locations.

I've been coming to beans and brew a long time. Usually the 114th south location where they treat me like family.
I went to the 106th location today and they were out of sorts, unorganized, over charged me for my latte, left my hydro flask on the register and walked away. Never got my latte, they weren't busy but were running around like they were. I left after 15 minutes of being ignored. Horrific customer service. I won't go back to that location.
I went back in today (8/10/19). I wanted to give it another try. Much better service today. They were busy and still managed to take care of me and everyone else. Thank you for your concern in making this shop better. I dont like star bucks and I love to support local. Thank you

The girl that took my order in the drive through seemed impatient when I was asking her about a couple different drinks (first timer). The drive through is a little slow but Wyatt at the window was very nice and friendly. The experience didn't blow me out of the water but was decent. They originally handed me the wrong drinks also. The drinks were okay. Overall I would probably stick with Starbucks. These drinks are also a bit more overpriced than Starbucks!

The staff seems so untrained. If there’s a line of just two cars at the drive up, plan on waiting at least 15 minutes. But most recently I had a coupon for a free drink that expires very quickly. When I tried to redeem the free drink the girl scanned the code and I handed her my CC to pay for the remaining balance. On the receipt it showed my card was charged the full amount. I asked her what happened to my free drink, she replied “um I have no idea I don’t use the app so I can get my manager” (new person comes to help) he tells me “oh yeah it looks like she just didn’t do it right, so the next time you come in I would ask for a supervisor to scan it and you’ll for sure get the free drink next time.” What was the point of talking to a second person if they just shooed me away?? Why aren’t employees trained to know their own app?? Terrible customer service, very disappointed.

Micah and Ryan were very disrespectful. After getting my order wrong, my sister politely and with a light voice addressed the issue. Before she could finish talking Ryan slammed the window shut, I'm assuming because she began telling him that he seemed to not understand what is in a latte. She wasn't being unkind in any way. She just was trying to make sure there was an understanding in the communication. Once he slammed the window, we were shocked and upset. When we went inside and spoke to Micah who was the one in charge, he kept talking with an additude and continued to interrupt my sister as if she was being hostile. Micah wasn't sympathetic at all about why she was upset but more focused on defending Ryan. I think maybe they are friends and not only coworkers. We just hope that Kaylee the Manager addresses this issue.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. First screwed up my coffee, twice. I corrected them when they started the mistake. They told me it would be corrected. When handing my coffee, I repeated the correction, they agreed and handed it to me, but it wasn't what I ordered. After coming back I tried to return the coffee, which they wouldn't take, and then a barista came out the front door to yell at me as I was trying to leave. Never coming back

Great coffee! Nice atmosphere, typical of other, much larger coffee chains. Great spot for a quick meeting. Friendly baristas.
