Pay $10,000 for one cup of coffee!!!!! The drive through is so poorly designed. The fence sticks out so far hidden by brush, my van hit the interior fence creating $10,000 worth of damage. The kid who said he was a manager said it was quote, “a constant problem”. I really don’t want to pay $10,000 for a coffee. When I asked for a manager they gave me a false number. I will never visit a beans and brews again. And will be pursing legal action.

I understand you might be afraid of COVID, but come on, you are basically the only restaurant/coffee shop in the valley that isn’t allowing customers in your shop. Customers keep your business open, without them you have nothing. I would think you would make it possible for customers to at least come in and get take out orders like most other restaurants in the valley. Good luck, I know I won’t be coming back to this location!

You can't go wrong with Beans & Brews! They have a great product and it's well made. Their customer service is outstanding. It doesn't matter which location you select, you will get the same great service! Great Job Beans & Brews!

Bad customer service from Ryan. I am a frequent customer, but that may change after my experience with him today. Maybe some training on customer service would be helpful. The staff leader, Micah was defensive when I expressed my concern for being unnecessarily disrespected by Ryan. First Micah suggested I was wrong about a clearly volitile response I received. Micah wasn't willing to hear me out until I mentioned that I would be contacting his supervisor. At that time -of course- he was apologetic. I got the impression the two (Ryan and Micah) might be friends by the way Micah handled the situation. New staff, or immediate training would be my recommendation.

Too expensive for what you get. Also, it feels in a rush and the customer service is pretty crappy. They don't look at you, it feels that they are not happy working there, customer is always first. I don't know if I will came back again just because I love places where I feel welcome. Also, another thing that I don't like is that you need to ask for the wifi password.

I love your coffee, I have been a loyal customer since before you opened any location by my house - before I would drive to your Fort Union location.
3 STAR Price:
Recently I was informed that the price of my drink has gone up from $5.77 to $5.99. While I love your coffee, and I would love to continue to get it - I just wont pay almost $6.00 for a drink that is pre-mixed. Sorry.

Got turned away today in the drive -thru while on my bike. Store front is closed, I'm out for a breath of fresh air on my bike with my kids, and can't get a coffee in the empty drive-thru because I'm on my bike. The girl at the window was very kinda about telling us they couldn't serve us. She also said it was against State health code which with some research is wrong. It is up to each business in the state. I respect their choice in the matter but am disappointed to be told it was for the wrong reason. I also can't understand why this rule would still be in place give the covid closures. And lastly, this is not very bike friendly. Disappointed.

Terrible. Went to grab a 16 oz dark roast with 2 shots of espresso at the drive up for a friend. Received a 24 oz medium roast. Went back inside they replaced it with the correct coffee but no compensation whatsoever. Not have a free coffee, not even I'm sorry. Never going back.

Beverage ordered was supposed to be hot but was given to me warm and it was made incorrectly. Best avoid location until new staff is more familiar with making orders.
