Came here for the first time this afternoon. Very unique decor and ambience. This place is original.

We ordered soup and coffee. The taste and price was great, I found great value in my purchase.

The young woman working the front was a bit cavalier but nothing to complain about. The gentlemen that brought us our soup was exceptional and provided excellent service.

Overall I wound recommend this place if youre looking for a unique little cafe with a community touch and good vibes.

We really wanted to try Athena - went in on a Saturday before 11 and kitchen was closed? Really? No mention of that on web site…

This place was a true gem. Love coming here to stuff and the service is amazing. As well as the food, everything is authentic and gourmet. Highly recommend!

My husband and I stopped here for breakfast burritos and coffee on our way out of slc. Everything was delicious! I’ve had a lot of mediocre breakfast burritos and have sort of come to expect that over the years. This one was delicious! I could tell someone put thought and care into my burrito. The salsa was great as well. The art in the shop was really cool. I definitely recommend Athena beans!

Okay I've been WAITING to find a place just like this. Friendly barista, plenty of seating, cozy vibes, fast wifi, DELICIOUS coffee. Highly recommend!

I've been coming here for a few months to study alone and with friends. Very quiet, comfortable atmosphere with PLENTY of space to roam and find a quiet corner to hunker down. I walked upstairs once and my goodness, this place is big! As far as quality of the coffee is concerned, I am afraid I can only judge based on my one-and-only order: americano without cream or sugar, which is pretty hard to mess up. However, my friends can attest to the quality of their frothy, oatmilky, and sugary variations. ;) If you're ordering food, I recommend their sandwiches. Their focaccia bread slaps. I have only been during breakfast hours once and ordered a southwest breakfast bowl. Pretty decent. One thing to consider when coming here is this is a coffee shop, not a brunch spot. Service isn't slow, but it's not rapid either. So bring a laptop, a book, a friend, and kick back for awhile and enjoy their impressive sound system.
