One of the best coffee shops in the area! The coffee is great (I recommend the cold brew and adding a flavor of your choice). The workers are always cheerful and welcoming and make you feel at home. The food is surprisingly good considering the offerings at such places usually leaves a lot to be desired. The menu caters to a lot of dietary restrictions which, as a vegetarian, I find refreshing. The atmosphere is lovely and inclusive. If you go to Sugarhouse Coffee expect to have a fun experience, get great coffee, and treat yourself to some yummy food, regardless of your dietary needs.

This place is literally perfect. I've been coming here frequently for almost 5 years now, seriously no other shop beats this lovely lovely place. As tasty as the coffee is, and as wonderful as the shop itself and the environment are... the staff is a huge reason I keep coming back. They make everybody feel so welcome, they're all just so kind. I hope everyone that works there knows how much I (and many others, undoubtedly) appreciate them. <3

Open/welcoming atmosphere, and really sweet baristas. I'm impressed with the unique flavors that they offer-- nothing like anything I've had at other coffee shops (the Graham Cracker coffee is amazing). The coffee shop seems to get really busy with other remote workers, so I just wish this place was more spacious, as it can get a bit crowded.

One of the most welcoming spots in Salt Lake City. Aside from being a very openly friendly place for queer folk, the food here is great. The hummus bacon wrap is a fresh option with both meat and vegetables, but they have a good amount of vegetarian options as well. I really recommend their Mayan Mocha, which has dashes of cayenne in it. Definitely swing by!

I can’t say enough nice things about SHC. It’s always been my favorite place for coffee and community. But it’s ALSO the best local establishment for the best pride and social justice gear and accessories.

For over a decade, Sugarhouse Coffee has been a place I’ve enjoyed popping into anytime I’m in the area. The staff is pleasant, the coffee is great, the occasional live music is a great addition and they make sure that it is a comfortable place to grab a cup of coffee for folks that are not always welcomed everywhere. 10/10!

Wonderful place! Dog friendly, tables in the front and back. Tons of gluten free options. I had the breakfast sandwich on a GF bagel, it was really good. They also had GF tiramisu, Oreo cheesecake and many more! Iced latte was perfect. Love the vibe and they were super friendly and fast!
