Roots Coffee Utah

Wow! Very nice and quite place to grab a coffee and open the laptop. I took a small cappuccino and apple pastry. The cappuccino was extraordinary but the apple pastry was just fine.

Staff is friendly. The upstair lounge is cozy for morning reading. The whole place is cute, especially their chocolate bean service.

I am received positively every time I come into this coffee shop. I can consider this my new favorite place to get coffee; the drinks are amazing, very personable staff, and the ambiance is so chill. Very cute set up, amazing branding and has a balcony if you’re needing some fresh air. Definitely a shop I recommend to anyone who loves visiting new spots in SLC and getting their daily cup!

There isn’t one drink I’ve had that I wouldn’t go back for. I’ve ordered in the shop and through door dash. Their Chai and Mexican Mocha are my favorites though. The baristas are wonderful and extremely knowledgeable. I also love how they support other local businesses. I have noticed pop ups in their lobbies and I love that. A rising tide lifts all boats.

Roots is the best coffee shop in SLC for friendly inclusive community, a good place to work AND yummy seasonal creations.

My go-to americano with almond milk was spot on. Great flavor, clearly an expert shot pull. Love that Roots uses a local roaster’s beans as well. Highly recommend!

I ordered through Door dash and asked if they could do the Chai Tea frozen - even though it isn't on the order menu that way. This is THE BEST Chai Tea I have ever had. It was made perfectly - just sweet enough and it held up well for the delivery. So many ways to customize it were available and I am a customer for life. Also, I called nad the customer service was AMAZING!!!

Yum!!! Came in this afternoon and got two caramelos with almond milk, and normally I'm very picky with almond milk, but this drink was absolutely delicious. I happily recommend Roots for a tasty beverage 😊

Was told this was a good place to work by a friend. Was bummed when I tried for forever to get the wifi to connect and it wouldn’t. Coffee is bland but sour? It was weird. For how much you’re paying you are better off going to Starbucks.

Friendly staff. Nice place to get work done. We buy bags of coffee from here all the time because the coffee is amazing and it’s very reasonably priced for a quality bag.
