Roots Coffee Utah

Absolute favorite coffee shop. The London fog is the best I’ve ever had. I check that drink everywhere I go and Roots is always better. Baristas are amazing and make you feel at home. Don’t question coming here and just try it. Horchata coffee and pastries are also amazing!

I really wish we could rate more than 5 stars, because this place is absolutely STELLAR. The baristas, the drinks (looking at you, Horchata Latte!), the vibes, the atmosphere of the shop - all of it is just so incredible and makes it so difficult to go anywhere else for a coffee fix. These guys absolutely crush it each time - you won't be disappointed coming here!!

Finally a coffee shop in the hooooodd!! Love that there’s a place I can walk to from my house that’s always open! The coffee is superb and the owner, Gina, is even better! The space is two stories with an awesome view upstairs and a nice hangout spot to work or chat with friends. Highly recommend!

The coffee is fantastic and the baristas are always so nice, even when you ask for iced coffee without the ice.

This place is something out of a dream!! The coffee is incredible, the atmosphere is unmatched, and the owners are so kind and welcoming. Roots Coffee doesn’t compare to anywhere else, will forever be my favorite!!

Roots is awesome!! Their espresso is top tier. I’d recommend trying out the horchata latte, but the white raspberry latte is also great if you have more of a sweet tooth! Great atmosphere for getting work done/just hanging out as well.

The vibe. I really enjoyed the atmosphere, I brought my laptop and was able to get settled in and try a few delicious drinks. Super cute set up, clean, great staff. Cannot wait to enjoy the balcony as the days are getting warmer. Highly recommend!

Bluntly, go to this incredible spot! My friend and I were just visiting the area and were in desperate need of coffee after our flight landed. Gina is so sweet and friendly that we felt like we were friends. This shop should be the goal of a coffee shop: a friendly barista/owner who remembers your name when you walk in the door, incredible coffee and tea, and a cute space to do work or meet with friends. The decor is minimalistic and modern which also seems so inviting at the same time. This is a small touch, but the chocolate covered coffee beans that are put on top of the cup are SO good. Gina was training a new barista this morning and she taught them with such a tender heart. She was patient, understanding, and positive with this employee which made me even happier that we were supporting the company. We went three times in the span of 7 days if that tells you how much we loved this shop! If I ever come back to this area, I will definitely have to come back to Roots Coffee and Company!

Great environment to enjoy a warm cup of coffee. One of the best chai lattes I've ever had!
