Krispy Kreme

So sick of this Krispy Kreme. The last three times I've tried to go I haven't been able to get what I want. Once it was about a half hour before close and they said they were all sold out of everything. The next morning I went back right when they said they opened and when I showed up they said they didn't have anything made yet. Today I went at 11:45 am to get the chocolate glaze that was the special for the day and they said they were all sold out! KrispyKreme might make yummy doughnuts but that's only if you are lucky enough to get them!

Sat in drive thru for 20 min knocked on doors and windows afterwards, store opens at 6am, was ignored for 38 min. Workers never acknowledged us knocking or in drive thru. So we left. Horrible service.

The guy gave me raspberry filled when I asked for oreo creme...a real first world problem- I know- I'm still giving them 5 stars tho bc...it's Kripsy Kreme- of coarse they've got good donuts!

They seem to never have the donuts we want besides the original donuts. Been to this location a few different times with no success.

Will update my review if management gets this location under control

The employees here are too lazy to keep the store open and follow through with their hours posted online. we saw employees in there not doing anything. Don’t come here expecting good customer service.

The donuts we got were old. The hot light is never on.They never have donuts. Closes the lobby when convenient for them. We waited in line for 45 minute and then they forgot our order while employees ignored the drive through line. Worst donuts from this franchise I have ever had. Super disappointed in your Riverdale utah location.

Do NOT come to this Krispy Kreme location! I came to get some donuts for my Halloween party tomorrow and they closed an hour early from what their hours are online. I drove by and saw the employees just standing in there talking. Why have a job if you can't work? I wasted my time and gas coming down to this place for nothing. They can't even pick up a phone. Going to contact corporate and have this place looked into.

Riverdale store.... I used to be able to stop on my way home from work in the morning, walk in and pick out an assortment of donuts to take home to the family. For weeks now it's been drive-through only, and to get told we only have glazed until around noon, Because we don't have any assortment or ice type donuts made yet.If open at 8 or 9, why aren't doughnuts available till noon?

I purchased a dozen assorted doughnuts. They all had a stale taste. The doughnut making area looked very dirty. I will not be returning.

Worst customer service, I ordered my Halloween donuts online for 7am. Has a sign they didn't open until 8am. Came back at 8am didn't end up opening until 8:10. They stated they only had GLAZED donuts, They had this whole time to at least call, text or email me. Not polite at ALL and told me to contact cooperate if I had an issue when I had already paid. ZERO STAR
