We went here after church tonight. All the employees were setting down in lobby eating chipotle.
No product available and store was in horrible shape. We were going to just get glazed since that was the only thing available
The one employee that acknowledged us goes behind counter no hand wash no hair net and he definitely needed one hair was everywhere
We gracefully declined
No thank you
Owners should look into this
Will not be back

Love this place, but wish when I order on the app the stuff is ready when I get there. I've ordered large orders the last 3 weeks for training classes and have to wait every time while they put them together. Not sure why I bother ordering ahead of time if it's not going to be ready when I get there. Everything else is amazing.

I'm very disappointed in this location. I went in for donuts today and when I got I home I realized they were not fresh at all. Taste like they were made 2-3 days ago😒 also the phone line is always busy and you will never be able to get thru. I'm calling corporate in the morning. They should just close the location if they can't deliver the quality that I paid for.

First, I have to say the doughnuts are amazing. If sweet is what you are looking for, here is where you you get your fix. Always fresh. Next, the place is clean and the service is fast and friendly. They do make a few different coffee type drinks and they are good too. They have a decent drive thru and are pretty quick to keep the lines down, but they also don't rush you so you can take your time choosing your favorites. I recommend it 100%. Come here and often for your treats and you won't be disappointed 😉. If you've never been here, you'll love it. If you have been here, you know you'll love it! From one customer to another, Krispy Kreme is awesome!!!

This location is the worst I've ever been to. Today I went there only to use a gift card that I received for Christmas, and there was a sign taped to the speaker at the drive through saying "gift cards not working until further notice"- mind you I have been waiting in line only to see this with cars in front and in back of me. I inquired about the gift card problem, and they said they had no idea when or if they would ever work. Said they can't refund a gift card at this location.

Decided to just pay for my order with cash only to find out they didn't have coffee- the machine "was being cleaned" and they had no idea when it would be operable. Told them to never mind my order and had to wait in line only to leave empty handed.

This location's lobby has been closed more than it's been open from my experience over the last year. I heard it's because they can't keep enough employees to manage the lobby and the drive thru both.

The inventory of their doughnuts on hand need to improve. We try to order doughnuts and they say "oh we are out of those and we aren't going to make anymore today." My thought is if you got several hours before your establishment closes why not have the inventory to actually sell your customers. In addition they are closed for maintenance today at 2:00 p.m. Even from a business standpoint why would you close your doors during operating hours where you can generate revenue to do maintenance.

I usually can't go until after work and they are ALWAYS out of one of the doughnuts I attempt order. I know you guys make them fresh, but it happens a lot so maybe start with more doughnuts than you have been? When I've gone they have been put of all cake doughnuts and maple doughnuts and those are my fav so I was bummed. If I wasn't getting doughnuts for others too I would've just left.

I stopped by and purchased a dozen assorted doughnuts for a business who did some work on my vehicle. I also purchased 4 extra doughnuts to take home to the family. The stop was delightful in that when you walk into the store you can see doughnuts being made traveling through the fryer then by conveyor through the glazing bath then to the storage trays. The trays are placed into the display case for you to pick and choose. The smell is amazing! With all that being said after the clerk boxed my selection it was time to pay for the goods. $27 plus for 16 doughnuts! Talk about sticker shock. I said really? But it was still a small price to pay for the business who helped repair my vehicle. I might have to resort to Hostess cakes in the future. Not the same as doughnuts but almost as pleasing.

This place was a complete dump tables were disgusting. All the lights were off in the lobby. Nobody was helpful. Garbage everywhere on the floor. We came in on a Saturday at 1 o’clock and they had no donuts but half a dozen of glazed... this place really needs new management. It is unbelievable.

Very annoyed. I tried to order a dozen donuts online but somehow the wrong address was put in, so it was sent to this store instead of one closer to me. When I tried contacting this store to cancel my order (I called 5 times), they would not answer the phone, so now I’m going to get charged for someone else to end up getting my donuts.
