Krispy Kreme

Meh. 16 bucks for a dozen mediocre glazed donuts. Not impressed. Wasn’t “hot”. Went back to use a coupon for 1/2 off and they were closed for the next few days. Won’t be back.

Update. Got horrible food poisoned on top of overpaying for these garbage donuts. I have had my last donut from KK ever! Won’t eat them even if they are free.

I am super disappointed to be leaving a one star review. I absolutely love Krispy Kreme and don’t typically have any issues. However, I just ordered a dozen glazed and this is what they handed me. I didn’t realize until I got home and open the box in the car before I went inside to sneak one. I’m pretty sure I got the box of rejects for the day. These are definitely not worth $14.

Ordered on line 4 hours before closing time. Upon arrival the sign showed that it was drive thru only. And the drive thru was blocked. No one answered the phones even though you could see someone just wandering around inside doing nothing. Never received my order. Watched others drive away in frustration. If they ran out or needed to close early they could have at least put a sign out. This is the last time I order here. I would give no stars if it was an option.

Would leave 0 stars if I could. Got to the first window to pay and pick up our donuts and two employees were sitting on the counter talking. They didn’t open the window to help us for a good couple minutes. While we were waiting we observed one of them literally smoking something right there in the kitchen. So unsanitary. We said “no thanks!” and drove away. Will never go back.

This has to be one of the saddest Krispy Kreme locations. I’m not exaggerating when I say the last 3 times I’ve gone to this location I’ve left with nothing. The last time being an online order that was paid for & completed, but when I showed up they said their online ordering system was down, that they never received my order from hours earlier, & that they didn’t have the doughnuts I ordered available anyway. It was just a few frazzled children in there looking like they were cleaning up around 7pm. I love Krispy Kreme, so this horribly managed location won’t keep me from being a customer, but I’ll be avoiding this one from now on.

On a Sunday morning at 8AM and Mother’s Day they had 4 types of donuts available. This is unacceptable, considering that isn’t even a quarter of their menu. Do better.

Come on guys! Hair baked in? What! So disgusting. Clean up your operation! Do you need me to post a picture of it? I’m so bummed because there is no other donut place nearby. Just wanted to get some cheer in my morning. I won’t add the photo because it was too gross. We need a new manager at this store or something. Take some pride in your work! I can still feel it in my mouth:(

I would put zero stars if I could. I ordered donuts for my son’s birthday from the Krispy Kreme app, got up early to pick them up, and they weren’t open. My order said it was completed, and the phone number listed to call if you have questions about your order was disconnected. I called the store phone number and nobody answered. So I wasted my time and had to submit a request for a refund. Never going back to that store!

My nephew and I went there on Monday and the staff was so great. I had a kid and two dogs and we were a bit chaotic, but the woman there was amazing and so kind. It was much appreciated.

Hands down best customer service I've ever had! Went in with a report card for my oldest daughter who had received all A's! They give out 6 free doughnuts for straight A's. My younger daughter didn't bring her report card because she didn't have all A's. The lady gave them both free doughnuts and told us "It doesn't matter if you have some grades that aren't A's! Keep up the good work and I'll always give you some free doughnuts!" Made my youngest daughter's day! Thank you so much to that worker for making today special for both my girls!!
